Had a basement flood during the Canada day thunderstorms. Just finished another water claim for a broken pipe. It was nice to work with the same people as I got to know them and they got a chance to know us. Right in the middle of the Tstorm claim but so far, they are acting in the same professional manner as the first claim.

John, and Jerry, our contacts at Paul Davis has been wonderful. They have kept us up-to-date about what is going on, had excellent co-ordination with other contractors, are punctual and reliable and has been very supportive as we go through this stressful situation with our leaking roof and the damage that did to our house. We had a tree fall on our house on Halloween night last year. Gerry Hanley was there the next day to begin checking things out. Unfortunately, due to the weather and then the pandemic in the spring, repairs weren't completed for about 8 months. Gerry was very helpful and thorough in explaining everything to us and each of the contractors that did the various repairs did excellent jobs. I would highly recommend Paul Davis, especially if Gerry is the project manager.

After a leak frim a roof vent, we woke to large water stain in the ceiling in the dinning room. Our insurance company used PaulDavies for the damage cleanup & subsequent repairs. Gerry (the project manager) came onsite and quickly arranged to have a clean up done over the damaged ceiling & insolulation. He arranged the contractors who repaired the damage (Spike Contracting) as well as the electrical work to replace a damaged light fixture (Phase 1 Electrical). PaulDavies (Gerry) visited a d checked on the job several times. During the entire process (which included some minor delays) I found PaulDavies to be through, honest, and commutative. They even helped me find a roofer to fix the vent issue (which was not covered under insurance). I would have no issues working with them again! Great job.

We had a basement flood from a leaky valve behind drywall. The representatives from Paul Davis were kind and professional every step of the way. Gerry went out of his way to help mitigate the damage and explain what would happen next. John and Gerry came and set up fans, moved furniture, pulled up baseboard and flooring, cut out drywall as needed and did a full assessment. They removed all the debris promptly and fully. They came back to check on things and when the time came they removed the fans and moved the contents back where we needed them. Doug kept me informed of the status of the insurance claim and Gerry scheduled the restoration work timeline to suit our family’s needs. Everyone who I dealt with at Paul Davis was kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use their service if the need ever arises again and would recommend them without reservation.

We are pleased with the finished work. John, Gerry and Chris were encouraging and professional. The timeline of the work was longer than we expected, but in these covid complex days we understand the reasons for that. We're considering having further work done by Paul Davis in the very near future.
