The guy wanted to sell me break pads that were open without clips telling me they don't come with the breaks. Then said I had to pay for the more expensive kind to get the clips.

The store gives a 4-year warranty on batteries. I bought a battery for ram1500 in July 2021 in branch #763 (Stieles street). The battery suddenly stopped starting the car, gives out 10 volts. It can be replaced under warranty. But... Ward #763 has ceased to exist. Since this is a chain store with many branches around the city, I turned to this branch for help. In stock I have a printout of a credit card confirming the date of purchase. However, the seller and the store manager demanded to see the cash receipt (which completely discolored in a year and a half and became a blank sheet of paper). My request to check a copy of the cash receipt through the computer was refused.

Since they started hiring only immigrants the service has plummeted greatly. U can call 9 time out of 10 they won't even answer the phone. God help canada

Definition of a shop which is doing you a favour to shop at. No friend. Lots of parts places with engaged customer service reps (more than 1 at a time serving btw).They need to train their people to keep up with their brand ethos.

We were in a situation where both sides were to blame. They could have refused to return the product and I wouldn’t have been able to argue too much. But both the cashier and the manager went above and beyond… and the kind-hearted manager decided to issue a full refund. I just want to say “Thank you”.

They help me out with the right part for a very good Price compare to other auto parts stores and plus they had it in stock cheers

What is wrong with these guys? They didnt have my part so he said no listing for it then bang hung up on me.
