Communication with them is simply impossible. Weeks to answer a simple email, no answer to phones, documents don’t arrive. This is very frustrating.

Would prefer to give zero stars.I've waited for my pr card to be printed for 180+ days. No one will answer their phones. No one will reply to emails. No one replies to their emergency web forms. There's no way to contact them? All forums online are saying the exact same. Awful service

Worst customer service experience. No one to pick up call. No one to speak over phone and not allowed to visit the office. Worst worst worst experience ever in life. If only I can give -1 million stars

Have tried contacting them for million times in the beginning it used to get connected with a representative only if we would contact them at proper 8:00 CST. But these days if we would use the same strategy it doesn’t work anymore. So frustrating.
