Dharmi, a cute sandwich artist is always smiling and willing to design your sandwich the way you want. Always asking if you wanna upgrade to a combo. She pretty much knows what I want before I order it.

I go to this Subway location once a week and I love it! Josie is a sweetheart and I think she awesome at her job. She should get promoted to store manager/supervisor as I believe she will do well.

Very rude staff. I was there and this one girl kept flicking her hair over my food while making it. I sent an email complaining about it and the manager called many days later and not only did she sound very rude and annoyed that I complained, she also offered no apologies and said I can call back by 2 pm. Normal people have to work past 2 pm. I understand that they might not think it's a big deal but unless I ask for it I'd rather a hair free sandwich.

Thinnest layer of steak on my 6 inch steak and cheese sub. This isn't the first time. For $9 I shouldn't have to pay for extra meat to taste the steak on my sub.... definitely disappointed.

Went to this location on Friday night. MOST business owners that serve food to the public would realize that Friday night is one of the busier times of a week, especially fast food locations after everyone has worked all week.Apparently, the owner of this franchise is not most business owners. There was one staff member attempting to serve several customers and it took 20 minutes for me to get 2 basic sandwiches. By no means am I faulting the staff member that was there, he was efficient and as quick as he could be.I suspect the owner felt he was helping his business by keeping his labour costs down, but it is hard to make money when people won't go back because it takes too long to get food.Truly disappointing, Subway!! You need to hold your franchisees more accountable to your brand. This franchisee clearly does not care about the Subway brand.I am planning to send a concern to their corporate office as well because after a review of their Google page, it is clear that either no one reads the reviews or they just can't be bothered to reply to customer concerns about their service.

Shakula is awesome! Great service ! As I ordered my sandwich- (not for myself, but for my bf who is a very frequent regular) ... She knew within a few toppings /specifications, that is wasn't for me...and exactly how to make it. Lol. It was funny, and i was impressed. Very polite young lady

Staff is very rude. I was picking up skip orders usually every day. One of staff member is so rude to me . This is the 4th time she rude to me and disrespectful. I already complaint about her to Skip the dishes. Hopefully , owner reachout to me too .

This use to be an excellent place to get a delicious sub with great service. Seems like management has changed and I hope it's only today that the service was terrible. A worker was sitting on the comfy chairs, wearing flip flops with her legs hanging over the chairs while playing on her phone watching make-up tutorials while one employee worked hard helping 6 sub customers.

Here's the thing with this location: Food is fresh, staff are nice. BUT....service is extremely slow and feels like no one sees you standing there for a while. Because of all this, it's only 3 out of 5 stars.
