Excellent, honest, knowledgeable, courteous service!! Recently, I needed to replace my older iPhone and decided to check out the replacement cost of a newer phone. I visited their shop and asked about a replacement phone for my needs. I was given a few options. All were reasonably priced and I chose the phone that worked best for me. Within a couple of hours, all my data had been transferred to my new phone and I was all set up. I thought I would be without my phone for the weekend and was so happy to have the use of it almost immediately at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

Stopped by because of intermittent charging issues. Shawn cleaned the charging port right then and there, no charge for the service, and the phone is working great. I have also used them in the past. Their assessments are honest and the repairs timely. Strongly recommend!

Phone needed new screen, they replaced with a non Apple part that is way below standards. I threw it on my couch once and now the back is completely separated from the screen. Very sad to see after last time being good.Edit: Face ID and all side buttons have stopped working on the left :(

For about a week now my phone wasn't taking a charge. I could only charge wirelessly which is slow, and I brought it to a repair shop in the mall and they basically said they couldn't do anything about it. Anyways, I brought it here just in time before they closed and not even 10 minutes in he knew exactly what the issue was and started working on it. Got the charging port replaced for an affordable price. The gentleman there today was very nice and quick at what he does and I will definitely be coming back here to get my phone fixed again if needed. Thank you!

I took my Samsung S22 Ultra in as my screen was cracked. The staff were very friendly and provided me with a quote to replace the screen. They gave me an time when I could come pick it up and when I did they told me there was good news as it was only my screen protector and not the screen. Their honesty was very much appreciated as I was prepared to pay for the full replacement screen. I was billed a minimal amount for a new screen protector and chose a different case to be more proactive. I highly recommend Kelowna Cell Repair!!!

Cannot say enough good things about the services provided.All my photos, files, info, & contacts recovered (*phone was in really rough shape) I have a Samsung S10, that I accidentally crushed with an f350 service truck on a gravel road. We live a few hours out of town. The shop was able to communicate prices and services over the phone accurately ahead of our arrival. When I showed up they were expecting me. They were professional, courteous, and efficient.Highly recommended service, if you need this type of work.

Came in yesterday as both of our phones couldn't charge properly. We explained this upfront and they cleaned the ports and said the phones were charging fine. We then got a screen fixed for my wife's phone for a fairly affordable price.Get home and Her phone cant charge and now won't even hold a charge. So I called this morning and spoke with someone and they said they would take a look and see what was going on as I said I wouldn't have bothered with a screen replacement if the phone was just dying, would rather have supported these guys and bought a refurbished phone if that was the case.Arrived there this afternoon and I began explaining to the individual there what I had discussed on the phone earlier. The individual then said I had only asked yesterday to fix the screen and became argumentative when I reiterated that we had been there yesterday initially for the charging issue. I say again I wouldn't have bothered with the screen replacement if the phone was crapping out, to which a snapped back reply i hear is I can take the screen back out if you want".So customer service is where this 1 star is coming from. Service of the product is fine but the lack of customer care from staff is poor at best."

These guys were phenomenal! Very fast and efficient service. Both are very pleasant and easy to work with. I would definitely be back and I hope you pick them as your next phone repair and iPhone services. Best in town for years:)
