I really want to thank Dr. Habibi and his entire team. I ended up going with Invisalign as my teeth only required some minor corrections, but my end result is fantastic.The entire experience was great, from the initial consultation to the final product. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.I am so happy with the results and would highly recommend Dr.Habibi and his team.

INCREDIBLE experience visiting HSG Dental over the last 2 years or so. So much professionalism and the whole crew is super cool, total family like energy. I actually sometimes would feel excited to go see Sam, Natasha and Danielle. I would highly recommend anybody to receive their dental treatment from HSG, even if they live outside of Ottawa. I spent a year or so doing Invisalign treatment. Every time coming in was a fun, and nice experience. The appointment times were flexible, and the dream team , who worked on my teeth, did a fantastic job. They were always nice and fun to be around. I would recommend anyone who wants to get braces or Invisalign done would come here.

I needed dentures and after my surgeon put in the implants Dr Sam Hickman and his team took over my care. For the past year they have worked diligently to create two protheses that fit perfectly. My jaw no longer pops and I no longer have pain. They treated me like they would a family member. They are so hands on and caring! Thanks Dr Hickman, Natasha, Danielle and Laurie

I'd been seeing Dr. Hickman since I was a child and never had a bad experience until I got braces there as a young adult. My treatment was run mostly by the assistants in the office, with little oversight by Dr. Hickman. It seemed rushed, the techs often brushed off my questions and concerns, and my bite was never comfortable after I got the braces off.My bite hasn't significantly changed since treatment (wires still in place, retainers worn, and I have the original final molds) and I've been told by multiple dentists that it leans inwards too much, is incredibly unstable, and is why I broke a tooth and had constant jaw pain.I've now spent another 6k and more than a year in invisalign from another office to correct what Hickman's braces did to my bite.My braces were 10 years ago, so maybe things have improved. But buyer beware. Make sure you ask questions and push for answers if you're not comfortable with the end result.
