Every single person at Butterworth's cares about you and your vehicle. They are always honest, always fair and never push things that don't need to be done. This is the only garage I trust and will continue to do so with every vehicle I own. I can't recommend this business enough. I would give 6 stars if possible.

Stopped on my way back from Oakville because my side door wasn't closing freaking out how I would get home and a nice gentleman helped me get the door closed in a matter of minutes. Tried to pay but was told not to worry. They have no idea how much they saved me or how much it means to know there are still good people and businesses around willing to help a girl in need. Would highly recommend this great business!!!

terrible experience, they cheated me by installing a used tire of 2016 on my car, I got a flat tire and asked them to repair it, this is a brand new tire but got a puncture on bottom, totaly repairable, but they did not repair it, instead they installed a used tire without asking me first, later I found they installed a 2016 tire which is against safety regulations!!! when I got back to them, they shameless said, since you have added milage to the tire, they won't take it back, I don't have time to argue them so all I can do is posting it here so other people can avoid these cheaters. Terrible experience!!!

I have been with Butterworths for 20 years. They are very good at keeping both our vehicles safe and in top shape. They are honest and go above the normal standards to be helpful and friendly. I would recommend them highly. I am happy for Steve and Cheryl they are retired now.I hope the new owners do well and maintain the same excellent service I have received for 20 years.
