Terrible company manners. They were doing construction on our street and were rude as hell. Terrible work ethic and management.

Had a patio replaced as part of a pool refurbishment. Although work with the pool may been partially responsible for pushing the finishing time back, the job was finally complete in early Nov as opposed to mid Sept.Within 3 months a crack began to appear near our back step. After several attempts to contact Sacco Construction, I was finally able to talk to Nick, who did our estimate and oversaw the patio construction. He said he would get someone in to fix the now larger crack as soon as they had a bit of extra time.It is now 16 months later and the crack is still not fixed. I have attempted to contact Sacco over this time, and have even talked to the pool company that they work with. They did work on a neighbour's pool and could have easily repaired the crack at that time. But it is still there.I would not have them do work for me again since they do not stand behind their work.
