Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa East - Orleans, an IHG Hotel

I would have left a better review if only somebody would have reached back to me after I had informed front desk about my stay. I booked 3 rooms and paid over $1500 for two days and i was caught up by bed bugs. I had several bed bug bites on my body, i stayed in 318, Front desk did nothing except that they will inform management- still waiting for them to get back to me. I hope at least they would have checked the room for safety of others.

My family and I were not happy we got a different room from the one we booked especially because we booked more than three weeks before. After a long drive sleeping in a one queen standard hurt our backs. Thankfully we got the 2 queen for the remainder of the stay. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and breakfast was nice too. We had dinner the first night and that was good too. Kids below 12 eat for free for breakfast and for dinner when one adult orders.

Love love love this hotel- can’t say enough good things about it. Dog friendly, extremely clean and staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious, and there were options for purchase if you wanted snacks or something else. Plenty of walking space around the property for the dog- including trails. Great visitors and pubs nearby. Conveniently located - easy to get on the highway.Loved my short stay here - will definitely return.
