Had to change my pin on my Credit Card and the receptionist was pretty nice. Usually they’re very rude but the teller was cool. 10/10 customer service and didn’t have that weird attitude most have when you ask a simple question.

Slowest service RBC I ever went to. Waited in line for toooooo long and seems they seriously under staff. Will never return

I came to this location since it’s on my way home from work. I forgot my PIN number for my debit and credit cards - embarrassing but it happened nonetheless.I went into the branch and spoke with the teller, explaining my situation. I confirmed my identity with my:-drivers license,-health card,-SIN number,-answered all her questions regarding what type of accounts I have with how much balance I have in each account-provided her with my signatureonly to be told that they can’t reset my pin because they’ve had too much fraud lately and because my signature didn’t match what they had on file, I would need to come back with a valid passport or a letter proving my identity. She asked me to try putting my pin in again which I did and My card got locked. Why make me go through all that just to turn me away? They didn’t even bother to ask how many times I tried entering my pin to avoid inconveniencing me (I could still use tap). Added to that, My signature and penmanship has changed since I was 12/13. I’m now 31.I didn’t get the name of the blonde girl who helped me nor the name of the manager but my experience here was awful. I’d give zero stars if possible. Not to mention that the teller was giving me an unpleasant look the whole time she was helping me - not an ounce of empathy for a customer.I went to the branch closest to my house after grabbing more ID from my house and the lady at that branch reset my pins for me without the need of excessive verification other than the necessary questions (account types, balances and address) and my drivers license. The kind lady that helped me also stated that the previous branch put a note on my account that they advised I go to my home branch which they did not do.

Very very dirty location. Needs to be cleaned way more. Inside and outside ATM locations are very filthy.

Service is terrible. Extremely slow employees, no eye contact or acknowledgment to guests, customer service is an all time low. They are also short staffed over a year now. Waiting in line over 1/2 hour and there was no line up. This branch has gone down. Not service that you get at other branches. You can do better RBC!

Worst branch. You have to stay in line for at least 40 min

One of the worst branch in whole Durham region. They (Manager/Staff) are not knowledgeable and waste my time to do an easy transaction. Avoid this branch if you you are looking for quality services and values. They deserve zero star if possible.

I always get a good service over here. Today it was Karen, got a draft within few minutes, she was super fast! Thank you Karen!!

Older lady teller does not have an ounce of customer service in her veins. Very rude, very unwelcoming.Maybe she should be reassigned to a position that does not serve clients.Too bad this is the most convenient location for me.
