Have my company vehicles serviced here regularly and always pleased with the service and helpfulness of the staff. Decided on a new vehicle purchase and Denny Andrews sales staff were all top notch through the process. Recommend this dealership.

Was charged almost $700.00 for a $30 part replacement service, 15 years ago. Yes, I remember and the experience still tastes awful. Great way to lose a customer for yourself and Ford Canada!

We asked for a copy of our bill of sale and were cheerfully told we could pick it up next day. We went there and were cheerfully told no one knew anything about it. There went 90 minutes of our lives out the window.

I have to give a huge shout out and pat on the back to Eryn, senior service agent. My interaction with her in the service of my 2015 Explorer was outstanding. From the time I drove in to drop it off until I returned my loaner vehicle and picked up my vehicle, it was clear that Eryn new what she was doing, had expert knowledge of the problems I was facing with my vehicle and represented Denny Andrews in a very professional manner. Eryn was specific on what was required and how long the repair would take and conveyed all that in a pleasant and empathetic way( the fee was not small).While I didn't meet the mechanics involved, it appears they knew their job too and delivered the repaired vehicle sooner than anticipated. I use to use City Ford but left due to abysmal service. Denny Andrews goes above and beyond to provide me excellent service in an easy to use drive in center. The staff is friendly and their work is superior. Likely where I buy my next vehicle.
