Alright Kathy, this is for you.I can't express enough the kind of service I received from you. I appreciate everything you did for me in such a short notice, that also on a weekend. This is customer service on a different level and because of you only, I managed to have a great Mother's Day this year. Thanks a lot, Kathy!Readers of this review: Kathy went to the store just for me on a weekend so that I could buy some gifts for my Mother and she did it within an hour notice. She found what I wanted to buy, wrapped them up very neatly and brought them to my car due to store shutdown. Customer service does not get any better than this.

Kathy was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I ordered online and then had the pleasant opportunity to speak with her on the phone. She made the experience very personal and made a connection right away to insure I ordered the correct product and to explain the process of how I could pick up my order during the provincial shutdown. Kathy is amazing! I bought an Engagement Ring a few weeks before Valentine's Day 2021, and Kathy was so helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help me chose a ring. She even sent pictures to me of what they had in stock, helped me to set up financing, and was just overall amazing! She truly cares about her customers, and even though this occurred months ago I had to make sure to write a good review for her specifically. Thank you Kathy <3

I absolutely recommend here, Cadence was the most patient, kind and understanding customer service employee. I had no clue what I wanted or what would look good on me and she suggested a 2 tone watch that would compliment my skin tone and chose a watch I normally wouldn't myself and I absolutely loved it, it was everything I was looking for. I felt heard, understood and Cadence was phenomenal every step of the way. She was patient while my baby ran around playing and she deserves a promotion or raise! Thank you Cadence I had a wonderful first day at my new job and felt confident! I really appreciate you!

Charm has been amazing. Kathy Is Amazing!! Always ready to go up and beyond my expectations. So friendly, polite and understanding when my wife lost the stones in her ring. Kathy to the rescue( docs provided) and after a short time, her rings were returned better then they left. I am truly grateful for all the help and understanding. Even made mine shinny again, You and your staff are awesome. Raises for everyone!!!!
