Barry and Chris at SML were excellent to deal with. We are first time hot tub buyers and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Their sales approach was honest and genuine, especially when compared to other stores we had shopped at while looking. 5 stars to the power of 10!!! I wish I could rate higher. I have an older model hot tub that needed service and these guys rose to the occasion where no one else would. They refurbished it to new status, and we are ready to go for winter. I give special props to the techs Keegan and Glen for their outstanding work. Great guys to work with. I also give a shout out to Barry for his timely communications. All around, great professional team to do business with. What a score! Went to 4 or 5 hottub places...all said go here, go there, go to Emco. Stumbled upon SML. I live 5 hours away and I needed parts this trip. They were so nice and helpful. Set me up with parts, explaining how to's so I could complete it myself!! It's really nice to see there are genuine businesses like SML around today. When we move sometime soon, I trust SML to set us up with what we need at a fair price!

I had to replace my hot tub cover. I live in Saskatchewan, and the dealer in Saskatoon that sells Hot Spring hot tubs ( Paradise Leisure) was extremely less han helpful. I had 4 phone calls asking a yes or no question. Did they have the one I needed in stock? After 3 calls to them, they all said they would check with their warehouse manager and call me back. 1st call, I waited a week and then called them back. This went on and on. 2 weeks later, after 4th time contacting them with no return calls, I was told they did not have the cover I needed, even though their computer said they did have 1.I call SML and leave a voice message. He calls me back in 20 minutes. He tells me he has 1. I promptly purchased it and had it on my hot tub in 3 days. This is superior customer service. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. Well done, and thank you.

We just had our hot tub delivered and installed last week. The experience dealing with SML has been phenomenal. Our hot tub got delayed for several months due to Covid, but Chris and Barry kept us in the loop throughout, and answered all of my questions extremely quickly. We had one minor issue after install that was handled quickly and professionally as well. I shopped around prior to purchase, and I can confirm that the customer service provided at SML is top notch.

SML has been so very helpful to me as a first time hot tub owner. They picked up my marketplace purchased used hot tub, overhauled it, delivered and installed it. When I had trouble with the drain leaking, they came out and fixed it, no charge. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a hot tub or entertainment piece.

Very happy with my experience with the team at SML. They were very professional and were able to come look at my hot tub the next day! My hot tub had some issues (needed new pumps) and was initially repaired by a different company, but it was still not functional. I called SML for a second opinion, they came the next day and determined i needed a new spa pack (which should have been caught by the other company as this is a fire hazard). SML did the repair very promptly and now my hot tub is up and running! After fixing my tub, the repair guy was kind enough to come back and answer a question I had about the tub. Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend them!

Highly recommend SML Hot tubs & Home Leisure. The owner Chris was wonderful to deal with. We bought the Stride plug & play by HotSpring.... online without even stepping into the showroom. All our questions were answered via phone and email. Chris & Jamie drove over 3 hours to deliver and set it up. Barry even mailed out subsequent Spa products for us to save us a trip to the City.If your looking for a hot tub we highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. Couldn’t be happier with our new Hot Spring tub and the service since install last summer has been amazing.Keegan has been a tremendous help anytime I had a question he got back to me right away, and thanks Barry and Chris you two have been a pleasure to deal with!
