Excellent selection and customer service at Signature Lighting. David Moe was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while we chose lighting for our cabin renovation.

Excellent service, professional and knowledgeable about their products.Brandy knows the business and was extremely helpful in selecting the fixtures for our home.I would recommend her for anyone who would require assistance in selecting the lighting fixtures.

We were referred to signature by our builder (new house). We worked with Brandy who was awesome at helping us choose the right lighting for our new home. We actually came under budget and she threw in a dimmer switch and I think we upgraded one light to break even on our lighting budget.After we moved in we decided to swap out a couple lights and Brandy arranged to have them installed a couple days later. We're very happy with our lights and Brandy made the whole process easy and  stress free. Signature even displayed a personalized welcome sign for my wife & I when we arrived for our appointment. Little touches like that make a difference IMO. I highly recommend Signature lighting....5 stars.

Exceptional selection at this location. When you walk in it is well lit and the space is very large. Most of the overhead lighting is operational making it easier to see what it is like when all lit up. Prices are great and the staff was available but not pushy. Overall worth stopping in for a look when shopping for lighting. Highly recommend

All I have to say is that I have visited Signature Lightning & Fans twice in the last few months and both times the service was excellent. If you need help ask for Marcy. Marcy is very knowledgeable and will help you in finding what you need. Signature Lighting has a vast selection of lighting that will certainly make your home or office feel extra special.

We shopped a number of lighting stores to purchase new light fixtures. Signature Lighting was superior to the others. The customer service along with their selection was amazing. Terry, our consultant, was outstanding with her product knowledge and interior design skills. The installer, Ethan, also provided great service. Highly recommend Signature Lighting and Fans.

I worked with Shelly at Signature and she was not only extremely helpful but incredibly knowledgeable on their products as well. This was my first time buying any sort of lighting for a new house and she offered great perspective on lighting options that I wouldn't have considered if left to my own devices.Shelly was great at listening to what type of style I liked and pointing me in a direction that captured my vision and also made the space flow.

This was our only option for a lighting store as per our builder for our first home.We arrived at signature lighting for an appointment with a sales lady, myself and my wife entered the store, observed 2-3 female staff seated at desks along the wall, no receptionist present.A salesman who was helping someone approached us after about 10 minutes of standing at the reception desk to which we told him we had an appointment with one of the ladies, the lady then gets up audibly sighs and approached us and stated “I’m sorry I didn’t see you (to my wife), I was waiting for you but only saw a man enter (we entered holding hands and we’re together the whole time).The sales lady then took us to outdoor lighting, told us to look around and pick the designs we wanted. She then left us alone without asking any questions or explaining the process. We did not see her come back for 45 minutes, at this point she realized we hadn’t picked anything and didn’t know what we were supposed to do. The lady then somewhat guided us around the store as if we were an inconvenience to her.After picking what we liked (about 2 hours into this ordeal) she sat us down and stated “oh I forgot, we have catalogs aswell” which had better options than the store itself.We have since had a multitude of issues with signature lighting, and I’m sure will continue to have more until all the installation problems get resolved.

They have a very good selection of lighting fixtures, and best of all, their sales folks were very helpful!They were very helpful to advise us find newer lighting fixtures for our dining room and entrance way.

I have never felt so unwanted in a place as I did when I set foot in this establishment. You know when people talk about about being polite and customer service 101 for example, when you see a customer enter a store, make eye contact and say something. We had about 4 or 5 employees look at us with disgust and one condescending man who when we approached the counter to ask about a part for our lamp, mocked us and suggested that we had a random box of parts".I will forever tell people how much I hate your staff and store. I hope you lose customers over it you pretentious......(fill in blank)"
