I installed a new heat pump / furnace. It was up and running within 5 hours. The lennox is so quiet you would think theirs a power failure. And 10 year garantie. Keep up the good work. Thank again. Bring on the summer.

If you want your washer not plugged back in properly , these are your guys. My washer was working good. They come into my place and I have a water leak because it wasn't put back all properly. Good job guys. You had 1 job. Ridiculous

The LysAir team installed a new Lennox furnace and heat-pump. Roxanne in sales is very knowledgeable and as is the installation team. They did a superb installation and removed the old furnace and cleaned up. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend LysAir.

We called lysair after our heatpump stopped functionning. the fan was working but the compressor was dead.After paying after paying a bill of $200 we were told by the technician that there was nothing to do and that we had to replace the whole unit. we received an estimate of 6k. we asked if we could replace only the compressor as the rest was working. the technician told that it was not possible because he could not find the model number of the compressor.we contacted a friend of ours that has over40 years experience and within 10 minutes he was able to find the model # of the compressor it was right on top of the compressor! he just placed his phone over and snapped a pic to be able to see the model # we got everything fixed by another professional, without needing to replace a whole ubnit at a very affordable price. either the tech was dishonnest and wanted to push the sale of a whole new unit or just was not competent enough. I will not use lysair service again

I do not recommend this company. Multiple calls with no resolution. Promises to call back and none happening!

Had a brand new Lennox heat pump and furnace installed by Lysair. First of all, the price was way cheaper than any other quote I received for the exact same system. Roxanne was very helpful in choosing the system I needed for my home. Benoit came for a site visit before the installation and was able to answer all the questions I had. Installation took almost a full day. I was very impressed with the quality of the installation. Very clean install. I would definitely recommend them.

Top notch knowledgeable service technicians.Service secretary only speaks French and this maybe a hurdle for English only speaking clients whom need comprehensive understanding of invoice details and billings.

Whe the estimater came to see the job he looked and saw the job was not a easy installation he walked away and left without telling me anything and then sent a text he is not interested in the job worst costumer service experience not even the decency to tell me that he was leaving or that the job wasnt for him btw another company came and had no issue quoting the job i wonder what would happen if you called them to repair a issue
