We hired Layth to assist with the interior design and decor of our new condo in the Beaches area that we downsized to. His design proposal incorporated some of our existing sentimental furnishings that were updated with newer and contemporary pieces, elevating the overall look to a modern style we had hoped to achieve for our new home. When we decided to remodel the kitchen and main floor of our home, the main consideration was whether to work with an interior designer. As a new mother, my review is written at 130am and a couple months late! But nonetheless I couldn’t not brag about the wonderful work that Layth did with my waterfront penthouse. He did an AMAZING job turning an all white condo into something worthy of being in Architectural Digest! Just check out the pictures. I most liked how Layth was there from the beginning to end and he really stepped up when issues arose (yes there were hiccups as with all big projects). He is undoubtedly talented at his art and he is a genuine fellow. A pleasure to work with.
