The staff at this Starbucks is super amazing, they are very friendly and yet so professional. I love that they are always happy and share that energy with customers. This Starbucks have the best service I have ever received. Such a wonderful experience every time!!!

The staff most of the time friendly, but u can tell that they don’t drink from Starbucks themselves or they’re not used to !! they always give me attitude when i give them instructions about how i like my drink yet they make it gross !!!! i just paid 8$ for extra shot late that tastes like milk !!! Plus 3-4 members working and still slow af !!

The most poorly skilled baristas out of all the Starbucks in Southern Ontario. They give attitude when you want to customize drinks (which is basically what Starbucks main marketing component). On top of that they never get the temperature or the milk right (it’s either lukewarm or burnt). I suggest corporate should visit this location and make sure their practices are in line with standard Starbucks procedures.

They don’t use points, they don’t have all the sizes, they don’t accept cash and they don’t go in order of who ordered first. They’re incredibly slow so on average it will take about 20 minutes to get a drink, I stood in line while 4 people who ordered after me got their drink and left Cz the lady taking the order her name is - Jessica , she didn’t bother putting my cup where they make the drinks

I came here to get shaked lemonade two times, they are pretty arrogant and impatient to tell me there is no white tea or passion tea, the way they told me make me feel like I am a beggar not a guest to enjoy my tea or service. Never gonna come here.

10/10 the best Starbucks experience I’ve had! The wonderful ladies at this location always make a great experience to go along with the delicious coffee! As a frequent flyer of this spot I’ve had nothing but awesome interactions with the baristas and always look forward to going back. BEST WAY to start my morning!

If I could have given a negative rating I would have. I appreciate that people work very hard and can get stressed, but the person at the counter was very surly towards the customers. I understand that certain places can’t accept credit cards but she could have been a lot nicer to the other patrons in communicating that information instead of very curtly and sharply telling people no, including myself.
