Used to love the Auction site got some great products at great prices. Until I won a crib and someone there gave it to someone else. That person won a bed but apparently likes my crib better and is not returning it so now I am out a crib. They gave me a refund but no explanation and ignore my emails about how this could happen.

They are nice enough. However they assured me the Danby Refrigerator I purchased would still have the 18 month manufacturers Warranty. With the exception of Cosmetic blemishes - dents. They also said the Refrigerator was never used by a consumer - however I found a small piece of broccoli in the bottom. The information they provided was incorrect I confirmed with Danby I was sold a Refrigerator with no Danby warranty. The fridge works fine and nothing will likely to happen in the first 18 months. Would appreciate a more honest representation of the warranty.

I rarely give rating under 5 stars. Until now.I bought a Unique fridge here a year ago. It never worked. Rosehill to me to call tech guy at Unique. Tech guy never showed up. Just mailed a part that we had to install ourselves. Fridge still didn't work. Tech guy from Unique gave up and said the fridge was unfixable. Rosehill wouldn't refund.Morale of the story. DO NOT BUY APPIANCES from ROSEHILL.

Such risky way to spend your money! My boyfriend and I had been shopping from their website for about 8 months - not anymore. We became more and more cautious what we were bidding on as MISREPRESENTATION of the items on the auction is a COMMON PRACTICE! We were only interested in items presented as brand new"

I have used both the auction website and purchased items in store from Rosehill. Both experiences have been good.The only thing I wish about the auction site was that less people knew about it! Lol. You can get some excellent deals on products, but you should always check to see what the actual retail is so you don't go over. They are generally very accurate in how the products are represented, be sure to read the listing description and look at the pictures that they take themselves to get the best idea of the item.I have only had one unfortunate issue with the auction where I went to pick up my item and it was missing, but they refunded me with no hassle. It was a bit dissapointing though. They have also been great and issuing a refund when I get an item that was listed as in working condition, but when I tested it at home it wasn't. It was a really simple process, just make sure you test it as soon as you can and send them an email.From their store front, I have purchased a dishwasher for myself that was in new condition, and purchased a washing machine for my mother that was scracth-n-dent but functions just fine. Their appliance prices are fantastic, but the selection is random and varies a LOT.They have a selection of furniture as well, I have never purchased any myself but the prices seem fair. I do want to purchase an armchair soon and will likely look here when the time comes.Overall, I do recommend shopping at Rosehill!

Always something different and interesting to explore at the auction. If you read the descriptions carefully, there are few 'unfortunate' surprises. Should the product not be as advertised the Burlington Staff are quick (and pleasant) to find a suitable solution. Always appreciate their co-operation!

I have purchased a bunch of things here on different occasions. my experience is that most of the items say NEW but some how are not in good condition. Some of my examples are, baby gate didn't have the hardware, a wet wipe warmer the button to warm them was broken, and curtains were stained. All said new condition OIB. By the time I picked the items up and open them to notice the return policy is so bad that I can't return them. I would say save your money and purchase from a reliable site.

Hi all,Please be aware of this auction. They are misleading buyers, giving false information, and documents for products. Also, they refuse the return policy. If I can put -1000 stars and would do that. These people are layers, unprofessional, and uncompetent. We lose our money, in the description of products(with legal " letter) says that it cost almost $3000. In real life

I ve been using this auction site for about 4 years now. I was satisfied with the process and the products received. But on one of my last and large auction bids and wins of a bunk bed the product was not as advertised. Although i did win this product in jan of 2023 and just now opened it as it was stated a Brand new product. It is missing an entire bunk. I did not check the product due to the fact it was labeled brand new. I emailed the company and they only replied with their 7 day return policy. Thus i will not be using the services of this company any further and the reason for 1 star. It is expected that that the products wont be 100 percent new but to state it as it is and its missing bunk of the bunk bed is just bad news.

I bid often, but most times, items go higher than buying brand new on Amazon. Buyers should just be aware and cautious of prices. Don't get caught up in the game. And with items I have won, all of my experiences have been positive. A few items have had to be returned due to missing pieces/hardware, but the return process was seamless and hassle free. It's a great place to find unique things. I enjoy this site.
