By far the best and most inclusive spin studio in the city. The classes range in duration (35, 45 and 60 mins) which is great if you want to pump through a short spin on your lunch break, or if you want to do a longer spin in the evening. The instructors are great and vary the music choices so you can get hip hop, rock, pop, edm and even country occasionally. It’s such a positive environment to work out in.

We booked a private class for my sister's bachelorette party with Lifecycle Spin and it was SO MUCH FUN! Jenna K (our instructor) along with Rehan (at the front desk) were both so amazing, so fun, and so welcoming. They totally delivered on the Feyoncé theme, too! Jenna coached a great class for a wide range of abilities. This was a definite highlight of the bachelorette party weekend; thank you!

Lifecycle studio is a great place for anyone looking to upgrade their cycle experience or start their cycling journey! It’s a great place for all levels of fitness to come together and get a great workout. The instructors are energetic and hype you up, music is awesome, and lots of time slots to choose from. Great addition to Broadways businesses!

I've been spinning at Lifecycle for several years now and I cannot say enough good things! Each instructor is amazing and has their own unique teaching style, and all of the staff here have always been so kind and welcoming. My personal fav instructors are Keara and Chelsey, they play such good music and I always look forward to their classes! There is so much variety in this workout that I never get tired of it. Definitely check out Lifecycle if you haven't yet :)

Life Cycle is ran amazingly, Jess and her team are very personable. The community is welcoming and it's nice to actually see the owner at the front desk. The workouts are amazing too- fun instructors, good music and always leave feeling accomplished!!

Where do I begin! I LOVE Lifecycle. It is such a welcoming community, the atmosphere is unmatched. Jess is so passionate about her studio and it definitely shows. All of the instructors are fantastic, they all bring a different taste of spin to the studio. One instructor who stands out in particular is Keara (but I would recommend of them!!). Keara brings amazing beats and her sweet and upbeat personality really make her classes memorable.You have a lifelong member in me!

Literally the most inviting spin studio I have ever been to! Walking in the front doors feels like a big hug- it is definitely a team and family like atmosphere! Going to Lifecycle is the best way to make a bad day better. There is such a large range of classes, instructor, and class times to choose from, so it is able to fit into any of my busy days. I recommend it a thousand times over to anyone who is willing to listen! :)

For a lot of evening classes you can get into waitlist. I recently bought the Nov challenge and I booked classes in advance to avoid waitlist but I missed few classes because I didn't get notification from Mindbody app. It was after the studio messaged me that I realized I was missing classes. I was charged 20$ per missed class and my main complaint is that I was treated very rudely by the woman at the front desk to make me clear the missed class charges.The studio and workouts are good overall, the music can be very loud sometimes and it is always very hard to understand the instructor when they talk through the microphone.
