Very grateful to have found Dr. Donovan and his team! About a month ago I was in a lot of pain with an ingrown toenail. Heritage Family Foot Clinic fit me in on short notice and Dr. Donovan removed a part of the nail, providing some much-needed relief. The clinic staff were also very friendly and professional. Now a month later, my toe has never felt better and has grown out perfectly. Thank you very much for your help!

Two years ago, a family member sustained a severe chemical burn to the foot. After being in and out of emergency, Dr. Donovan was recommended by a colleague. By far, Dr. Donovan was the medical person who was instrumental in treating my family member's chemical burn. Dr. Donovan would call daily to check the status of the family member and provide counsel and care for a long period of time. My family and I continue to see Dr. Donovan. He is highly current and knowledgeable and often provides a multitude of medical resources. Often doctors and specialists are very limited to time and care. Dr. Donovan takes the time to provide excellent care. I will continue to refer family, friends and colleagues to seek the excellent medical care from Dr. Donovan. I connected with this clinic due to a very painful ingrown toenail which was causing me more pain than my recent double knee replacement! I found that Dr. Donovan provided me the relief I needed while ensuring that risk of infection was very low given my knee surgeries. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The clinic is very clean, the parking is more than ample and easily accessible. Through my procedure and follow up, it was apparent my comfort was first and foremost and the time taken with me was always attentive and not rushed. I am now summer ready, healed, and pain free. I booked our appointment on-line for Nov 23, without paying attention I thought it was for the day I booked it Nov 16. We went in thinking it was for that day (Nov 16) and the reception said, oh I'm sorry you booked it for next week" She sweetly leaned over and looked at the clock and said "We are ahead

Very knowledgeable Doctor with great staff. He addressed my concerns and found a solution during the FIRST VISIT…. You may experience a little pain, but you’ll be thankful you took the time to visit the clinic later.

Was 10 minutes late for first appointment due to lack of parking. Clinic said they have accepted another patient and refused to see me despite my request. Strongly suggest another clinic with better patient care and parking space.

Excellent experience. Dr Donovan fixed up my ingrown nail in 5 mins. Never felt better. Years of getting pedis every 5 weeks helped but didn’t get the complete ingrown mail out.
