I Can’t tell you how much I appreciate a home inspector who actually Cares* about his work because this is so rare nowadays. Sam is the definition of diligence and going above and beyond. I am beyond happy to have made the decision to get an Inspector for my new home, and to have chosen Sam to do it!!! We debated if it was worth the cost of getting an inspector on a newly build but with Sam’s thorough details, we found so many gaps and issues that our builders needed to complete. He also helped us go back and forth with our builder since our builder refused to fix some issues due to things becoming costly for them. Sam's inspection services were extremely valuable while dealing with an argumentative representative from Metric Homes who tried to dissuade us from performing the the pre-delivery inspection. Sam is a great advocate and is very thorough. I won't hesitate to use his services again prior to subsequent warranty intervals. Highly recommended!

I don't know where to start from. Sam is an amazing guy! I moved into my new house a few weeks ago and thought of getting an inspector in order to submit my 30 day warranty report. Sam literally went above and beyond and spent about 5 hours to find issues in the entire house. Just as he was about to end his inspection, he took out his thermal gun to inspect the walls/ceilings and you wouldn't believe what he found, a leak that was coming from my main washroom to the ground floor. Would definitely recommend him, if you want an honest person to look after your home.I can go on and on but words won't be enough on how amazing he is!
