Wild Skies Resort
We stayed in the aurora dome, it was perfect! Our stay was comfy and cozy.Rene and Megan were friendly, accommodating and kind. It was refreshing to see all the hard work they put into this resort and how woke they are. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wild Skies Resort
This summer I had the pleasure of both staying as guest for a night in one of the domes (a super fun experience for those that want a few extra amenities when camping! AND being dog friendly is a super big bonus!)...and I also had the joy of photographing a gorgeous summer wedding there this year! From both experiences, I can attest that the Wild Skies crew does an incredible job at making you feel welcome and that the entire property is in tip top shape! I also love that everything they do has a sustainable approach too!Watching the wedding guests thoroughly enjoy their weekend stay made it even more evident that it truly is a perfect wedding venue for those that want a relaxed and beautiful day! Highly recommend and can't wait to come back again soon! Here's a couple of wedding photo highlights!

Megan & Rene are such old souls. They never stop working to make this spot so incredibly beautiful. It was one of my favourite staycations ever. We stayed in the Aurora dome and had the best experience.

Wild Skies Resort
Such a great experience staying here. We stayed in the Eclipse dome and it was incredible. Beds were comfy, kitchenette was great to have, and the out house was clean, comfortable, and close enough to the dome that it wasn't annoying. There were a few other people around, but everything is spaced out really well, so if you wanted to be alone, you had that option.Their use of canoes and kayaks is also a bonus, there are a couple to use, so when we went we didn't have to wait on anyone to come back first.The owners are also super nice, we chatted with them a couple times because they were on the property, very personable people.I would most definitely stay here again, it was a pleasant experience.

Cannot say a bad thing about Megan and René! Their little slice of paradise is perfect if you’re looking for a get away close to the city. They are extremely accommodating and always eager to help. The design of the property and domes are so intimate and incredibly thought out. Wild Skies is where we got engaged, married and celebrate our biggest moments.

Wild skies was a great experience for my partner and I along side with our pup! Super cozy, clean and overall just a great getaway. Tons of resources provided so you won’t get bored and pack less. The scenery itself was more than enough. Would highly recommend no matter what season to spend some time here!

An absolutely lovely place!! We had our small and intimate wedding here with our nearest and dearest and it was such a beautiful setting. We stayed in the Milky Way cabin the first night which was such a cozy place to settle into at the end of the night. We stayed our second night in Aurora which was such a cool and unique experience! The views are amazing, the outdoor shower was such a great addition. Megan and Rene are wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay nothing less than perfect. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend staying at Wild Skies Resort! Its an absolutely beautiful property and the hosts are amazing too! I stayed in the Eclipse Dome last summer for one night. It had everything we needed for the short stay and the outdoor shower was an amazing touch. We fished off the dock and used the kayaks that are provided. The hammocks were super relaxing and the hiking trail was a nice walk through nature as well.I also JUST stayed in the Milky Way cabin in June. Again, absolutely amaznig stay with no complaints. I also brought my dog, and there was tons of stuff for us to do including hiking, kayaking, swimming, and relaxing. The hosts dog. Josie, was also very friendly and would often come visit us as well.Definately stay here, you will not be disappointed!

I stayed in the Astra tent and it was perfectly cozy! I highly recommend paddle boarding off their dock, that river is so peaceful and scenic. Plenty of places to explore nearby. Absolutely loved my time here, and will for sure be back every year. My partner and I's new tradition.

My husband and I got married at Wild Skies and it was an absolute dream. Not only is the space itself just as picturesque as you could hope or imagine, but Megan and Rene went above and beyond to make sure every little thing went perfectly. They are a true delight, and we can't wait to come back and visit every year on our anniversary! The domes are darling, the sauna is phenomenal, and you simply couldn't wish for better hosts. Thank you and we love you!!!
