I found Ice A Cake after an exhausted search for cake decorating lessons. I needed to learn how to decorate a wedding cake for my niece. Lika is an amazing teacher; patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Her place is clean and inviting. There are new and innovative classes for more advanced students as well as the fundamental basics for beginners. I was SO lucky to find Ice A Cake. With Lika’s help not only did I learn to decorate the wedding cake and 2 others after but now run my own small cake business.

Who would have thought I would be able to do these decorations?Ice A Cake had such good reviews I decided to enroll in the first course on Cake Decorations.I learned a lot of things, even the mistakes I have been doing.Lica is such a good teacher, she has this hands-on method which is really needed for Cake decorating. She makes sure all her students are doing the correct piping techniques and makes sure you learn from your mistakes.

My experience at Ice A Cake has been a very positive and fun experience. I just completed courses 1 through to 4 and some workshops too. I highly recommend Lika Zowmi, as she is an amazing and excellent Instructor!! Even if you doubt your own creativity, you’ll find you can make amazing and beautiful cakes after attending her classes, she explains the techniques super well and gives you tips that are very helpful. Lika is very patient and take time to show each student what they need to do. I absolutely loved every minute of my experience in all the courses I took. Thank you, Lika!!!
