Wayback Burgers
This was our first time at Wayback burgers. We walked in and the place was very clean and tidy, the staff was very friendly and their uniforms also very clean. I was impressed with the cleanliness and crispness of the theme of this restaurant. Ordering was very easy and we had many choices to explore for our meal. We decided to go with the Burger menu, fries and shake. The burgers were good and I was informed that they were out of burger buns so that they exchanged them with their sub buns which were grilled and were quite tasty. The pumpkin caramel shake was very tasty and I would enjoy to have that again. The fries weren't bad but could have been cooked a little bit more crispy as the sauce that is added does make them soggy and when you try to grab the fries they do limp when you pick them up but did taste good. All in all it was a good meal and the staff were very friendly and courteous. They would ask customers how their meal was showing that they cared for their diners. The value for the meal was very reasonable considering the time and service and care for each meal and I would recommend Wayback burgers to other people. I would like to visit Wayback burgers again and at that time update the review to give a more in-depth review to be fair since some items were not in stock and they had to augment which did show that they tried to what they could with the stock they had which is commendable. Good job guys and we look forward to coming back again. I wanted to give four and a half Stars but unfortunately it doesn't allow so was it closer to five star or four star I would have to say four but I believe my next visit it will change.

These are some of the best burgers I've had. Juicy, well seasoned and plenty of variety/customization. The lady at the front of house is very kind.Prices are up there, but by the time you finish your meal it won't bother you.

Cute and clean burger place. My first impression coming in to the restaurant the staff wasn't very welcoming and not too informative to new customers who never ordered from there, just straight to the point. I asked for the WB Haddock meal and wanted to get the bacon and cheese fries with it, which I was willing to pay extra for the substitute if that was the case but was told the meal only come with fries, chips or onion rings. This made me feel like that's my only options and can't change the meal so I settled for onion rings. When we got our meal it was very delicious so it made up for how I started feeling about the place. I will go again but would like it if the staff would greet customers when they first walk in and help new customers with their orders and give customers the option to customize their orders even if there are additional charges.

First time there and totally LOVED IT!! The classic Burgers were awesome hot n fresh, fries were hot n crispy and Red velvet milkshake was INSANE! Great friendly service was icing on the cake. Will definitely be back there. Highly recommended.

I've been meaning to try the burgers here for quite a while now, and boy did they ever make me happy. I really wanted to have them fresh instead of having them delivered. I must say this place makes them how I like them. Hot juicy beef, fresh cold veggies, and the perfect soft bun. I ate way too much for my first visit. But I'm sure to be back again, and maybe to try the challenge burger too ;D There's still lots to choose from the menu.

First time eating here. Chicken BLT was pretty good. Really liked the upside down bun lol Partner had the double bacon burger with a chocolate milkshake and he was not disappointed. If you haven’t tried their burgers, you really should!

A very average experience. I ordered the double bacon it came with two patties cheese and bacon. The bacon was very thin and I could barely taste it. Very little attention to detail as seen in the picture tomato ends served on my burger. It needed a sauce and seasoning as it was rather bland tasting heavily of mustard and onion. It was not bad just very average.The poutine didn't have enough gravy as the bottom half of the fries were completely dry. The gravy just had that salty from a can flavor and had a number of congealed clumps of gravy.The onion rings were very good for sure the highlight. I didn't try the steakhouse burger pictured my wife says it was fine but could use more onion staws.Service was quick for a takeout order but it was not busy. It was a bit odd as I was offered a dipping sauce for the onion rings and shown my options on the menu board. It wasn't mentioned by the staff member or the menu that I would be charge but I was charged 75 cents. They did refund this when I brought it to there attention. I don't know if this was worth mentioning but it didn't sit right with me.In the world of fast casual burgers I prefer FatBurger or Five Guys for food, service and value.2.5/5 rounded to 3

Today was my first visit to Griesbach-WayBack, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. The Impossible Burger I had was absolutely delicious, especially with the addition of Pepper Jack Cheese and Buffalo Ranch sauce. The Cajun Tater Tots were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. And let's not forget the Oreo Shake—it was the perfect finishing touch! Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend trying their amazing food. Looking forward to visit again soon :)

I ordered the Classic burger with jalapenos, fried onions, and mushrooms. Cooked from ground beef after you order. Great, old-fashioned, messy burger!My son really enjoyed his Cheesesteak as well.

Place looks clean and tidy, food quality is pretty good. My issue with this place is the front staff. Girl was very detached. I ordered a strawberry banana milk shake, what I got was a strawberry soup. They did remake it but it was still just strawberry. My wife ordered a bacon ranch fries with her burger. The girl did not add it to the order. They did make us one in the end when I brought it up. Perhaps they staff were having a bad day. Overall I would try this place again as I said the cook did a great job.
