This store is fine. We were not asked if we needed assistance and found ourselves digging through boxes trying to find missing shoes. It was a frustrating. If the staff is not approaching people for assistance due to covid, more effort needs to go into maintaining the organization of product on the shelves.

More than enough staff in the store but only 1 person on the checkout. I waited 20 minutes behind a woman who was seemingly arguing about the price of something and ended up putting down what I intended to buy and walked out (there was a line behind me of 4 people). I bought the shoes online from a different company instead.

Horrible customer service and it was like pulling teeth when I had to return a pair of shoes. Wore them in my house for an hour and was actually accused of wearing them longer! I told the 2 guys I didn't appreciate being called a liar to my face, they actually laughed at me and told me they didn't say that! I will never be back, I used to like their selection etc.

This is the place to go if you are looking for quality shoes or boots without breaking the bank, still not cheap but affordable, more so than going to brand store or any other shoe source though. Just don't expect a lot of help here from what I get of the place what you see is what they have as far as style and size. If you find your style but not your size I just wouldn't wait to see if they have it in the back or even ask or if they have your size but not your style, no wait, that doesn't really apply, that just sounded stupid, anyway on a budget check it out!

Be great if they carried any men's shoes that were in stock. 80% of the shelves are empty or size 9 and below. Can't blame supply chain for having this many empty shelves when other sections are full.

The location was initially hard to find because, for some reason, my map directed me to the other end of Southland Crossing.After walking around for a bit, I spotted the store.For all the time I took to locate the business, service was courteous and prompt. I was assisted to get the items I needed and was given some insight on how shoe sizes vary for specific brands.The store was well stocked and neat.

Came in with 10 minutes left until closing and was basically pushed out the door by the employees behind the till after nobody even offered help. Was ready to pay and all and was told I can’t now with 1-2 minutes to spare. Avoid this place and just buy online
