Amazing help, you just have to ask for somebody if you can't find anyone out back and they'll come right to you and will take their time to narrow down the item you're looking for, I needed a rare kind of brick and I had a couple of guys both help me narrow down to the product that best matched, friendly as could be, I was a bit concerned I'd be dealing with those know it all contractor types but they really came down to my level as a home owner and helped me out. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Don & Son. Oshawa's finest. Stopped by there today just to get some advice on brick repair. An excellent staff member provided me with advice and the names of brick repair contractors who could do the job. No, they didn't make a sale from me today -- but they did win my respect and admiration. Great job. Thanks.

Guys, you are amazing! I was looking for only 4 bricks of interlock to be changed and got full support and great customer service. Can't be better. At the end my total cost was less than recipe was printed, but it's about all services together. Definately Recommend! I would come again, for sure!

I would not recommend buying any stone from this supplies chain. I bought some stone the lady in the store said it is returnable. Brought it back and there was a little bit of mud on them and they declined to take y he return. Very bad service. I would not have bought so many if it is not refundable. Stay away from buying anything from this place. Thank god it was only around $125 worth of stone. Very misleading, the guys name was Michael apparently it’s a family owned business, I guess they are desperate for sales. If you buy stones I guess you need to keep it inside your house from now on. I would have gave these guys zero star if I was able to. Jeez
