Called an spoke to a receptionist name Kiran. Rude and unpleasant lady to tall to. I've been going to Dr. Rai for 30+ years but he's now retired. Dr. Rai's old receptionist told me to pick a new doctor and I decided to go with Dr. Singh. However I didn't need to see a doctor until now and tried to make an appointment. Kiran told me that I've never seen the doctor and he doesn't take new patients. I explained that I didn't need to before and that I was an old patient of Dr. Rai and I was previously told that I would see Dr. Singh. She didn't listen and told me there were no doctors available. I told Kiran she needs to speak with a little respect and not be rude. She called me a racist for saying that in India rude customer service may pass and she shouldn't be doing that in Canada. Then at the same time said I deserved to be spoken to like that. I've seen Dr. Nijjer and Dr. Laila at this clinic too so im not a new patient. Please teach Kiran some customer service skills. All these reviews about rude receptionists at this clinic are not wrong. The doctors are good.

Dr. Jaswinder Brar is not a professional doctor and could not figure out an issue until it was too late. I would recommend anybody else. So keeps away from him and find professional.

After dealing with this clinic for about 40 yrs I received a letter from Dr Banerjee that she has left this clinic and I have to make my own arrangements somewhere else because other doctors in their clinic can't take us. This is very irresponsible altitude..But you

I truly believe that Dr Singh is very knowledgeable and a great listener. The issue here are the receptionists. I called asking to see my GP for an infection and I was told the earliest appointment is in 15 days! I tried to explain that 15 days of untreated infection are going to kill me, the receptionists told me to go to a walk in clinic instead. What's the point in having a GP here if he can't see me when I need it the most? Sick people need to see a doctor within 2-3 days, sometimes right away, so how is waiting 15 days acceptable? Other clinics always have spots for emergency patients, but here either the receptionists don't want you to get better or their booking system is messed up. They need to figure out how to book people fast and when they need it. Also, agree with other reviews, some receptionists are so rude it's crazy how they are allowed to speak to patients like that. Another improvement is maybe NOT asking patients why are you here today?" In front of other people sitting in the waiting area? CONFIDENTIALITY is an issue. Not everyone is comfortable disclosing why they are at the doctor in front of 5 other patients. Not sure who trains the staff

Up until today I've had good experiences at this clinic in the almost 2 years I've been going. But with Dr Banerjee leaving and none of the other doctors willing to take any new patients I've been forced to find another doctor and the only help the clinic has given was an AHS website and the location of a walk-in clinic. I was fortunate enough to find another doctor on my own without their help" but when I tried to get my file they want to charge me for the transfer that they are forcing me to make.In my opinion they are extorting money from people the same if you went to a mechanic that cut your fan belt then forced you to buy one before you could leave."

After Dr. Jumma left this clinic went downhill. Can never schedule an appointment, when they passed me onto another doctor, she would schedule phone appointments and never call me. Absolutely waste of time, and the receptionists tend to be rude over the phone anyway. Absolutely horrible. Never coming again.

My family has been getting consultation from Dr Jaswinder Singh and I find him highly knowledgeable and helpful. His diagnosis is very good and he really gets into finding the root cause of the issue. He also suggests a lot of preventive measures. Getting quick and timely appointments at the clinic is an issue and can be improved.

Called and spoke to a receptionist. Rude and unpleasant lady. She never gave us appointments when we really need it where as I only asked her to get the phone appointment that was also not fulfilled and on top of that she asked me to go to the walk clinic in spite of having our family doctors. Who the hell is she to tell me this. What's the use of having an assigned family doctor. I have been told this before too and I had been to the walk in clinic because I had sometime very serious issue that time.This ladies at the receptionist needs to have more manner and sense of talking.

Every time I search this clinic to get directions from wherever I'm coming from I am astonished that it has such a low rating and negative reviews. I have been seeing Dr. Banerjee for nearly a year and find her extremely knowledgeable, professional, and comprehensive with her assessments and explanations of diagnosis/treatment. I've never had a bad experience with front end staff and have always been able to get through or have received a timely call-back if I've left a message. I don't know if any physicians there are taking new patients but I know people could do A LOT worse than this clinic if they are looking for a doctor. I am happy with it!

I never seen this kind of customer service she is so route in talking while I was saying her that I have a very serious pain in my through but she is saying we don't accept walking. How reduculas answer if some is in very serious pain. She is say they won't accept walking ?
