This review is for Kristi (massage therapist) and Dr. Joanne Hutton!For Kristi: She’s sooooooo good!I really struggle with shoulder/ neck pain from work and overall poor posture. The stretches she has given me for home care have helped more than previous suggestions from other professionals.I enjoy her massage technique- good amount of pressure, slow and controlled.She’s also just the sweetest person ever and I get excited to see her!For Joanne: I have been wanting to see a naturopath for about 4 years for acne, PMS, and gut health issues. I like how every time she recommends a supplement/ plan she references studies and research that support why she’s recommending that- really makes me feel confident.So far everything she’s suggested has WORKED and I’m excited to keep taking her suggestions! She also walked me through my blood work throughly, it made sense, and I understood her vision for a treatment plan.The shift family health center really has something for everyone.I recently got benefits and I’m working my way through everything they have in house to improve my health and I’m happy.Thank you so so so much you guys!

Been going here for almost a year. Prenatal chiropractic care and subsequent treatment with Dr Bailey. Wonderful service! Kira is very upbeat and friendly, keeps you well informed, and is lovely to work with. Would highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. Wife and I have been going to DR. Bailey for about 3 years. We have been progressing well under her care. She is very upbeat , helpful and caring . Would recommend her to anyone who needs care for their health issues.

I've been seeing Dr. Kira Bailey for awhile now and can't say enough good things about her. She is so knowledgable in her field and definitely cares about her patient's well being. She always goes above and beyond. Shannon at the front desk is always great to deal with as well!

I've been seeing Kristi for years now and she is the best massage therapist ever! :) She always makes me feel better when my headaches are at their worst. The rest of the staff are always so nice and welcoming!

Customer service was excellent and the chiropractor I saw was incredibly thorough, listened to all my concerns and was incredibly successful at helping me feel better. I was at a 10/10 on the pain scale, the next day a 6, now feeling and moving so well. Definitely going back regularly from now on. WOW

I have been a patient for a while and always pre-book my appointments. Yesterday, I was stuck in a snow storm with almost zero visibility coming home from work. I arrive home just after 8 pm. I noticed a message on my machine. I immediately phoned to notify them, to advise them I forgot about my appointment because I was driving in horrible conditions. It wasn't my first priority to call while trying to stay on the road. I called them back first thing the next morning as well. They charged me a cancellation fee as a result of the missed appointment. I cancelled all of my further sessions, as I feel a little human decency would have been appreciated for a returning customer who has never missed in the past.Now, at Christmas they are charging me for this, which cannot be claimed through my insurance. As a result, my kids have to miss a Christmas gift from the fee that was charged. If you care about humans at all, you would think with the weather being as bad as it was yesterday they could be a little more understanding. I will now take my future business to another establishment that claims to care, and does about their patients safety. I was extremely annoyed by the receptionist when she was sharp with me on the phone when I requested a cancellation of all services. This is their policy and this is my choice to make. Being rude to the customer after attempting to resolve this was not appreciated. I would think twice before going to Shift Family Health for any services, as they do not care about patient safety after displaying such poor customer service. Be warned if you live in Fergus, not to use their services. I am disgusted with this after being a customer for so long. They do not value loyalty whether it is their policy or not. The proof is this action right here. You would expect more from a provider a small town. They have recently expanded, so they do not care. Anyone who goes there, is just a number. I would rather feel valued.

I’ve been seeing Kristi for just over a year now and she is the best RMT I’ve seen to date... and I’ve seen a lot! She is super friendly and fun, but most of all, never fails to make my back feel it’s best. Highly recommend Kristi to anyone needing an awesome massage!
