Service at this store is terrible. Onion rings are very salty, I had to throw them away. Children mails are very expensive, yet served with a very tiny cup of drink 4 Onzes". French fries are burned. Burgers are not cooked properly. My two children vomited the food

we went there today and the poutine gravy and fries were barely lukewarm and it was just thrown together. the last time we were here they completely forgot about our order and after about 20 minutes of waiting when we finally asked about our food they just got upset and complained about it while they made it without even communicating anything. i wasn't going to complain at all the first time but after having another bad experience i feel like it's a better idea.

Went for breakfast at A&W at the Devonshire Mall. They couldn't enter the coupon I had .They tried three times .wait time was terrible ad my eggs were cold .People were walking away because it was so slow.I won't be back at this location.

I don't understand why they are this slow... they are not new to the mall. What is so different. 22 minutes spent in line and to get food is not fast food. If I wait that long it should be delicious. Soggy burger because the timing is off for them when they put the sweet fries down which was undercooked and chewy. Had to ask for my drink because they employee forgot I had a combo.

The quality of food at this location has gone down. I used to go here all the time for my chicken strips fix. The last two times I've gone in the past 2 weeks, my chicken strips were cold. They literally just handed me strips that had been sitting under the warmer for who knows how long. Very disappointing.The service is still good, the cashiers are always polite, but it's really not okay to just give customers cold/old food especially if it's like $9-$10 per order.

I have no clue how this place hasn’t been shut down yet. The workers are so careless and disrespectful. The place is extremely unsanitary especially with Covid 19 happening. I went to order a burger combo and they proceeded to cook it right in front of me, touching the burger with no gloves!! Are you serious? Before I could even pay I told them never mind. I couldn’t believe what I had saw, I’m disgusted.

My husband and I ordered food from this location and they messed our order up 3 different times. Not only was their debit machine down (suddenly), their employees did not know the different types of burgers. There was a customer ahead of us who also had to go back up twice because they gave her the wrong burger both times.We also had to go up because they gave us the wrong burger, then again to get the toppings we asked for, then again because they put the wrong toppings on the other burger.Service was nice, but slow and inconsistent.

Why would you only put two people on. On a Friday first day of summer vaca kids out of school Nasty. Those two girls working today need a High5 for the excellent job they did. The line up was straight back and curved Shame on the owner.

Non-meat eaters beware!I've had 2 confirmed occasions of receiving a beef patty when I've ordered beyond meat, a third time I didn't even bother bringing it back, just tossed the food. The food is edible, but not to the quality you'd expect from A&W. To be perfectly clear, it is specifically this location at the mall I have issue with.Other than this location, A&W does in fact slap.

I don't know if it's the pandemic, but they've gone pretty downhill. My wife got a spicy burger and there were 3 tiny dabs of sauce on it. Not worth buying at all.
