Came in to redeem my birthday drink to be told that they weren’t a real Starbucks and only license the name so couldn’t redeem my reward or use my app. Girl at front was not friendly at all and was not apologetic. Come on Starbucks. Please open up a real store here already!! Redeemed it later in Calgary at a real location when I got home.

Great, easy to get to location. Nice and clean inside. Not a ton of parking around, but it's not too busy for this to be an issue. Staff are friendly and the food and drinks are the usual, expected delicious Starbucks drinks.

We were visiting from the USA on tour of Western Canada.Today was not a good day because of severe health problems. After spending 5 hrs in the local hospital,I stopped by the Starbucks here to purchase a quick bite for dinner.The waitress was Chloe. She was absolutely darling with her professional customer service and assistance. She helped me find certain drinks and was so very patient. went in on a snowy day to get myself a pick me up - power was out, but the manager and employees were still serving hot coffee and tea in the meantime!! staff were super friendly and positive even during this stressful situation, even suggesting i sprinkle some cinnamon on my coffee since i couldn’t order my usual brown sugar oat americano. much love ❤️
