I had done my due diligence with regards to educating myself about Water Heaters… After several months, the ONLY one that I considered was Hy-Mark… from Kaila, to Taylor and the Installers Kyle and David… and Arty… The process was seamless and professional all the way! Water heater began leaking mid-day. Called emergency line. Technician arrived within 3 hours. Deemed the tank replaceable under warranty. Mike and Jay showed up on time next day. Did a replacement in about 2 hours. Efficiently, clean and quiet. Back up and running within24 hours of initial contact.

Our air conditioner stopped working and Fred came out to assess the unit we had . We needed a new one and being 9 months pregnant I was hoping to get a unit asap. Hy-mark went above and beyond and had Fred install one for us right away !!!! So thankful !!!! “Fred” was outstanding ! Great work, very friendly, made sure to cover his shoes every time he was in and out of the house, he knows what he’s doing and worked through the rain . Such a pleasure for us ! Thank you Fred !

Replaced leaking gas HWT today. It only lasted 8 years. In our previous home the electric HWT lasted 40 years. In both cases we had a water softener. Good job and no damage thanks yo prompt action by Hy-Mark. Thanks Mike and Kayla. Ralph Billings Guelph ON

Called Hy-Mark about fixing/replacing several broken vent covers on exterior of my house. They were very responsive and service tech was great. Work was done quickly at a reasonable cost and he even cleaned out a bird's nest in one of them. Great service, thank you!

Kyle came and set up our natural gas BBQ. The service was great - he was polite, and efficient in his work. Happy to use Hy-Mark. Kyle also suggested I mention how good looking he is - he even has a sense of humour.

Hy-Mark Mechanical did an awesome job with our furnace and ac installation. Kevin and Kyle were helpful and easy to work with. Will definitely be using them for our maintenance in the future! I recommend them to everyone in Guelph and the TriCities area

Kyle was out service technician for our annual a/c maintenance and was excellent. We have been using hymark since moving to Waterloo in 2006, from annual maintenance to their sales team when we finally needed to replace our old system, this company is amazing. Highly recommend!!
