Were unable to help with a minor policy change and led to huge repercussions in my permanent record with ICBC. Registered my last name as my first name, and refused to acknowledge the change in my bank account even after I went there in person. Would not recommend at all!

They registered my first policy under the wrong name - interchanged my last and first names- even after handing the agent my ID. So for one full year, I drove under the wrong name. Thank God I did not run into any troubles or I won't have been covered. Such a costly error on their part. One year later, and I have to re-register a new policy and get a new license plate which I paid for. Also, deal with ICBC for a refund. Such a pain!

Don't go unless you like to waste your time and enjoy being interrupted every time you're asked a simple question. Older women working there would ask me a question and then interrupted me every single time. She also tried charging me $20.00 for a simple change on my insurance that could be done for free (during a global pandemic) Shame on you!

I had an amazing experience here. The other insurance broker I dealt with before kept trying to over sell me every time. Once, I started going to this place I got my whole family and some of my friends to switch over. I definitely recommend going to see Rad and his team. They're amazing and listen to your needs! Customer service is 10/10!
