Erie provided me with good quality work while doing my basement. They were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their services.

Although we liked the end product, our sales representative sold us a product that he wasn't able to use in our area. It was substituted during insulation. The sales rep our first line of contact did not respond to our questions /concerns regarding the installation of the wall covering behind our furnace and electric panel. Once he made his commission, he ghosted us. We were also told there was a prep team that should have helped move tems away from the walls and cover with plastic that was provided. We did this on our own which was no small feet. Considering this job cost over 25,000 I would have expected better communication and assistance that didn't happen.

I have to say first that the work done was VERY well thought out and executed by some of the most hard working people I have ever encountered (and I'm almost 66 yrs old). Many decisions to make the system optimal were determined by discovery during the installation process and oh my God we literally had a running stream under our floor from rain and snow melt. My hat is off to Alan who pulled this nearly impossible feat off. Excellent work by him and his entire crew! Much appreciated gentlemen!

Our basement was so wet & awful! Excellent finished work! So happy to have a dry basement with clean air & new walls!

I agreed to a free estimate when one of their reps knocked on my door. They called 5 times in the span of 3 hours to confirm the appointment, the last 2xs time being after 8p when I told them twice to stop calling because they had woken me up. The rep told me he was just doing his job". A lack of consideration for the customer before an estimate was even drawn up. I would not do business with them."

Hard-working, professional, respectful, and I recommend this company to anyone who wishes to have a dry basement.

The best company we have worked with. They always made sure to involve me and explain everything that was getting done and how it would benefit my family. Very professional and trustworthy. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Overall the crew did an amazing job! They were all very nice and the basement appears to be sufficiently waterproofed. There were some issues however...The first day when the demo crew came, they ripped off the walls and insulation and left it in the middle of the basement. They then explained that the next crew that was doing the installation would get rid of the debris. Five days go by and the installation crew arrives and asks us why the debris is still in the basement. We explain what the demo crew told us and they stated that they do not get rid of the debris and would have to reschedule. Eventually my husband is able to put all the debris outside with the help of the crew and they are able to do the installation that day and the next. The crew was very very nice however they were very messy. They walked through my house to use the bathroom and left footprints on my hardwood and bathroom floors. They also left dirt on the doorknobs and the sink and counter. After the job was done they left stones in the basement and a muddy mess on the floor. They stated that they would clean up the mess which they didn't. My husband and I spent a whole day mopping and sweeping the floors in the basement and upstairs. In the grand scheme of things, they did their job well but maybe some better communication is warranted.

Erie Home did amazing work on my old 60s basement. Water would usually pool up in the middle of the floor when snow would begin to melt. They dug up my old, poorly made, French drain and replaced it with their own system - now hidden under cement and leaving me with even more room. With the air purifying unit they installed on the wall, and all the drainage work, I no longer have any water in my basement and can now finish it off - with carpet!

Given the condition of the basement and the weather conditions (ie. wet, rainy, cold), the crew managed every aspect of the project.
