If I could give a 10 star rating I would.I have rented both heated and non-heated storage units, on more than one occasion, without any issues at all. The units are accessible, clean, reasonably priced, and secure.I am extremely pleased and I cannot speak highly enough about Doug. He is experienced at handling storage needs and provides excellent customer service.He is a real nice guy and super helpful too! He recommended and provided some pallets to keep my furniture and boxes off of the concrete floor. When I was having trouble arranging help to move my belongings from one unit to another, he provided help from his awesome staff (Jason) at no charge.If I am in need of storage in the future, this will be my go to and I will definitely be recommending Jodie Storage Industrial to everyone that I know.

Honestly, I don't write reviews often. Occasionally when a company seems to really understand the space they are in and the stress certain markets/space they are in create I do. Josie Storage gets it. They stay calm. They really try to help with their experiences over years and years of dealing with panicked people. They go the distance when you would expect the normal whatever not my problem" This company is a class act and I have zero issue recommending them."

Renting a 10x10 unit Jan 2018. Great Price compared to other storage places. Unit was clean, no smell, dry and easy to access. Newer rollup doors easy to open. Driveway was plowed every time I visited this winter and they return your calls immediately.

We rented a large storage unit at the line 4 location for our household items in between moving, and we were very happy with the quality of the storage unit. We have used many storage units in the past from different providers and this was the only one that felt like i was storing items in my own home! The floors are epoxied, high ceilings, lots of lighting, electrical outlets and it even has baseboards! In our storage unit the garage door rails go close to the ceiling so you can really maximize the space. Great value for the price, I wouldnt even consider a different storage provider in the future.

Clean, well organized and easy to deal with. Went well beyond what I expected in setting up the unit. Rates lower than other storage sites in the Barrie area.

I've had an amazing experience at Jodie Storage. They were very accessible and listened to my needs, and were very accommodating.Units were clean and in great condition. They even provided pallets so that boxes weren't just on the concrete floor. A nice touch.Excellent service. Would recommend Jodie Storage to anyone.

Great unit . Was easily accessible and clean. Had my stuff stored in there for over a year and it came out just as it went in.They were easy to get a hold of and pleasant to talk to.I would use them again if I am ever in need of storage again.

Don't clean up the roads had trouble getting access to stuff. Not well upkeep. Missing stuff and animal have made holes in our stuff. Just not a good experience for the price

I can’t say enough good things about Jodie Storage. Doug and Mike went above and beyond to accommodate me during one of the most stressful days of my life, when I was moving from my home. The moving company was very behind schedule and I had to call Doug about 5 different times to give him a new time to meet at his storage facility. His patience and assistance was unmatched.Thanks again guys! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a storage facility.
