Midtown Car Wash

This was a great car wash at one time but that's no longer true. This is my 3rd time this summer with awful results. Sadly I wont be returning I am a long time costumer but that ends today. I would not suggest going here any longer, the machinery is not maintained as it should be witch results in a bad wash. pipes leaking raw soap and wax all over the wash area. seen a worker with NO safety shoes. just the short time I was there he/she pulled there foot away when the tire was creeping up on the soul of her/his shoe. A few millimeters more the workers foot would be under the tire! CLEAR violation of work place safety! Pictures taken minutes after car wash.

Not worth what I paid for. Got the 3 Star - Triple Shine. Car was still dirty inside. They didnt snap the mats back on. The guy who drove my car stank his smell stayed in my car :(Never going back again. Can’t believe I’m actually gonna say that Chamois is better.

I came here with my work van and it was such an inviting space with very reasonable prices considering the service! Definitely will be coming back with my personal vehicle.

This morning I was really disappointed with the service. Obvious spots were not cleaned like around the window and behind the door handle. Could easily see it. They were very detailed in some spots but this time they forgot the outside obvious spots. Hopefully that's not the normal.

I've tried MidTown Car wash twice. The first time I used them I was disappointed since they didn't do a good job at all. I thought it was an isolated incident so I tried them again today. I made a point of mentioning that I wasn't fully satisfied with the cleanliness inside my car last time to the person that took in my vehicle. I was hopeful that mentioning this would be enough to receive a clean car. Today's service left me equally disappointed! For $25+ the expectation is that I would receive a clean car, both inside and out. This was not the case!

While the staff appeared to be friendly when entering, they seemed not as friendly as you leave. For the price tags, midtown needs to do better. As they claim to vacuum and wipe down the interior, the work is dismally done. When I reminded the staff, the response was unfriendly and even with a repeat job, it was still not clean..The staffs were openly complaining about customers registering their concerns..

Omg guys are u joking ?the car was washed terribly in the cabin, the rugs are dirty, everything is a blunder. the cassettes on the doors are dirty, the body, I generally keep quiet, this is what caught my eye with an inexperienced eye. You need to work on a farm with such a sink. I won't come again, and it was a five-star car wash.

Totally awesome car wash! I’m gonna go every 2 weeks. Super friendly owner and staff. 100% happy with this service! I would recommend to everyone…

Job well done. Fast enough. The idea that they dry the vehicle after the washing is awesome
