The staff were friendly, efficient and provided top notch customer service, next level from any other car rental I've dealt with in my travels. I experienced luxury car rental and regular car rental from two of their locations, both experiences were fantastic. The facilities are immaculate and so were the cars. Highly recommend!

Gerry helped me out professionally.He called my insurance company, and set it up for me. Aviva and enterprise really disappointed me how they work unprofessionally. I literally wasted my time and money because these two companies. However, Gerry resolved this simple rental issue himself. Thank you, Gerry!

Was super nervous about renting a vehicle for the first time and the team at this location not only made that process easy, but made it enjoyable. Between Gerry helping me get set up, Akim running me through the rules and handling the inspection (if that's not his name I am so sorry, great dude), and Shiek creating such a warm environment for me and my father upon return, the team truly made this experience great and my rental went so well. Appreciate you guys, gotta be back to drive something even crazier next time!

Gerry, facility manager, provided an impeccable service with a big smile without any hiccups. I highly recommend Affinity Car Rental in Woodbridge. Gerry has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. He said they didn’t have any cars and when I asked about the Tesla that was sitting in the lobby he stated affinity did not provide insurance. Then a lady that works there, who is amazing, had a car come in; gave me the car and said they do offer insurance and she didn’t know what Gerry was talking about. She made my experience great but Gerry needs to be educated on the services and options offered by Affinity because his lack of knowledge could really hinder business.

Clean.Gerry changed my rental day at the last minute for me as date changed and it could have cost alot of moneyThanks to Gerry and the Luxury Car rental team at Woodbridge AffinityPorsche convertible was also fun to drive around on a nice summer day and evening.
