I am so glad we have an authorized service center for many of the fishing electronics brands that I use. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they do very good work there.

Had a warranty through Best Buy on my TV that was being fulfilled by this company. They called me and diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave Best Buy the quote to repair. After the repair was approved, Best Buy told me that Video Re-Fit would contact me within 2-3 business days.... One week later and I had not heard anything so I called them. They said that they had ordered the part needed and just needed to have my TV in so that they could do the repair but that I live out of their service area so I would have to bring the TV in or wait until sometime next week for them to pick it up (but no clue when next week). Seems I'll be with a disfunctional TV for 2 weeks minimum.

The person who fixed my helix 9 screen did it very fast and was super friendly - I always recommend this place to people with similar situations.

Very happy with how fast i got my trolling motor back and how clean it looked, they were very thorough when going over the work done for me and it was a good deal for all the work that was done

The most disrespectful and unprofessional ppl I've ever dealt with. Sends out beat up equipment and calls it new. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Humminbird should be embarrassed to have these guys work for them

PTG is the authorized Humminbird service Center for our area. I brought them my Helix 7 for repair (wouldn’t power on).They had it repaired for me in less than 24 hours. The mother board had failed which doesn’t say much for The Humminbird product.Great shop to deal with,

I purchased a new Marcum flasher this year, long story short it was not working as it should. Took it into Video Re-Fit Portage for warranty. They had the unit repaired and back to me within 48 hours. Top Notch Repair.These guys know their stuff.I will admit I was uncomfortable leaving it with them at first... I had some simple questions and comments about the malfunction of the unit that I wanted to insure were communicated to the technician - however the person working the front desk seemed reluctant to want to discuss these items with me.This would have easily been a 5 star review if their customer service was willing to communicate with me.
