This is by far the best tile shop in the business!! We visited multiple other stores in Vaughan before finally coming here, and let me say, we saved the best for last!!!! The sales team, specifically Sally, (Vaughan location) is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. She knew exactly what we needed when we described our lifestyle and design style, as well as budget. Her eye for colour and style is unlike anyone I've ever met. Sally went above and beyond for us at every turn of our renovations, and we truly couldn't have done it without her. She isn't just a tile salesperson, she is a designer! I highly recommend Sarana Tile for all of your tile and renovation needs. We will never go anywhere else! Thank you Sally! Wide selection on all types of flooring. Well laid out store. Great for self serve, low staff count, like all places these days. Reasonable prices on LVP, with good selection.

This is the best tile store in Hamilton. The service is amazing, Manuela is so helpful and knowledgeable, and patient! I had to exchange tiles and they never hesitated. Impeccable service and quality.

I am no professional but I try to do as many renovations as I can myself. Tiling is really tough for me but with patience, Brian's expert advice and quality products, we were able to install a fantastic floor through our main level. This year we are tackling a shower that will expand from a small nook to a large walk-in with glass doors. Brian has been there many times to answer our rookie questions. We made a great decision when we decided to move away from the big box renovation stores.

I was very happy with the service I received from Giulio he was so kind and extremely helpful. I look forward to shopping here many more times .I have designed 17 different homes I know this one will be my best design ever because of the beautiful tiles I purchased from Sarana tile. I also had to make some changes to my selections and it was no problem at all. I would highly recommend this company and all there wonderful staff. The delivery man was top notch as was the helpful loading dock staff.BEST PLACE EVER !!!!

With such a great selection at various price points and attentive service, I highly recommend Sarana tile. Many thanks especially to Giulio for his honest, courteous and patient service. Ours was not a huge reno project but we still felt valued as a customer, as Giulio took his time to review all options. I wouldn't hesitate to choose Sarana again for our next project.

I went into the store no greetingWent into the clearance area for 20 minutes nobody came to see meSTOOD AT THE COUNTER WITH MY SELECTIONS FOR 3 MINUTES+2 PEOPLE BEHIND THE DESK DID NOT EVEN SAY be with you in a moment " or anything so I leftI am over 6 feet 250 lbs HARD TO MISS ME and I buy lots of tile because I am contractorDate of visit Monday October 17 between 12 and 1 pm / 3 sales people 1 man and 2 womenHigh prices as well"
