I went yesterday and got a poutine. It was good as usual, that’s my go-to order at NYF! I’d say the manager delivered great service, he accommodated my requests, and was friendly, I think he’s Filipino. Overall, a nice experience.

I had an incredible experience at NewYork Fries! The food was absolutely delicious, with their fries being cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. And the exceptional customer service by Priya, She was super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great visit. highly recommend.

The service at this place was amazing , and the butter chicken poutine was the best. The team did a fantastic job to make sure that I received my take away on time , plus the manager Suraj also made sure that amidst queue all take award were given on time. Would recommend it to all my friends.

Ordered a large fries. Because the server was so busy socializing with people in line, ran low on fries and the large order was presented more like a regular size.Not to mention chipped nail polish and general uncleanliness, this was a poor experience

Whoever was working Jan 24th at about 7/8pm. (The end of their shift at that). I have never experienced such amazing customer service. I come from the Niagara region, and the smiles, positivity and over all customer service for a mall fast food place was above and beyond. So friendly and polite. You all don’t get recognized enough!
