Mastermind Toys

The store was great, a lot of options to offer... the staff, however, I wouldn't say the same. They were reluctant to assist me when I needed help. There was a book series I was picking up for my son, and one of the three books in the series was damaged. It was the last copy on the shelf. I asked for help and all I got was a blank stare and a few um"s before they finally said "I'll see what I can do" after being passed around to three different people who seemed to be unable to assist me

Greeted everytime I walk in. Staff are always friendly and ready to help. They have a great assortment of items, although the prices are little bit on the expensive side. Free gift wrap service is a bonus though.

Small selection of everything, but great customer service. The kids music constantly playing is extremely annoying though, I don't know what idiot though that up. Good prices for the most part, I have purchased a lot of Lego and Board games here (they even have pandemic, one of the best board games ever)

Cramped store. While there is a good selection the prices can be ridiculous and other places have better prices. That can be overlooked, however the staff can not. I have been here 5 times and not once was I welcomed in. I was instead stared at with blank stares and then ignored when I need help. I bought something today and my way is to smile and be polite but I was pretty much ignored and as soon as he put the receipt in the bag he turned and walked away without another word. I am not wasting my time with this store anymore.

Having foreseen the concept as soon becoming commonplace, the brothers established Mastermind Educational Technologies in North Toronto to serve as a retailer of such products. The store soon branched out towards educational toys in general. Proving successful, the chain began to expand and franchise other locations.

Prices are decent, Staff are really nice, I forgot my sweater in the store and i called up and they set up a time for me to pick it up.

Great selection of things for kids, free gift wrapping is appreciated! Once you finally get the attention of staff if you need some help (they are a chatty bunch when they get together), they know their products! Prices are reasonable.

Took my granddaughter their to pick out her birthday present at her request. She loves this store. Friendly and helpful staff

Great place where to buy presents for your kids; friendly, knowledgeable people who will provide great suggestions if you are not sure in what to get

This chain of stores knows how to engage young minds. Wide variety of educational toys. Have toys for children regardless of age or intellect. Staff is willing to offer suggestions at the Trinity Common location. Lot of parking and Brampton transit has a few buses stop close to the store.
