I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andriy at Fredericton Camera Service. After having a 150-600mm lens stuck on a Nikon D7200 body, it was shipped to him from Cape Breton. Andriy kept me updated every step of the way and had the lens removed the day he received it. Let's just say the camera was well used. He replaced the mirror housing unit and rear cover and cleaned the unit. He also repaired the mount on the lens. His prices are extremely reasonable, and the turnaround time was excellent. It's like having a new camera body again and everything is in perfect working order. Thanks, Andriy for the fantastic service!

Brought a Nikon D610 for sensor cleaning. Not only was the sensor cleaned extremely well, but the repair man also noticed some corrosion issues with various moving mechanism and fixed all of them.For the work that was done, the fees were extremely reasonnable.The repair person (I forgot to ask his name), tested all functions and went above and beyond to bring the camera in the best state as possible.He also notice a small scratch on the filter over the sensor, but tested it and recommended not to replace the filter. Which he could have done, but didn't think it was required.This shop showed not only a LOT of experience in repairing and maintaining cameras, but also a deep passion that transpired in his work.I highly recommend this business for any camera maintenance, cleaning or repair.

I took my Olympus camera in for sensor cleaning and a general health check and was totally satisfied with the quality of service and reasonable cost.I telephoned one day before to inform the technician I would be visiting Fredericton from Moncton the following day and to see if a same day completion was possible. He informed me that if I had the camera to his shop by 10 am that he would have it ready for me by mid afternoon. I did have my camera there by 10 am, and the technician phoned me by 1:30 pm to tell me the camera was completed.When I picked my camera up, he had completed a sensor cleaning, general cleaning of the camera and attached lens, repaired the eye cup, and tested the camera. He reviewed the test photos with me to assure me that the sensor was dust/dirt free; which it was.I am VERY satisfied with the quality of his work and reasonable price.I WILL USE THIS CAMERA SERVICE AGAIN AND HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING Fredericton Camera Service to others.

I have had three camera's that need work done to, two of them the issue was in the electronics, one the circulate board had some corrosion I suspect that this particular camera was exposed to salt, (per-owed).Normally, this type of damage means replacement of components, which can exceed the price of the camera. Andriy was able to remove the corrosion from the circuit board, I was lucky in the sense that none of the micro transistors or computer was damage, given the complexity of this repair his fee was nominal. The last camera was my daughter's camera she dropped and damage the barrel.For all three Camera's he was able to do the repairs within 3 hours.If you need any repairs, and not worry about being gouged and you want quality work done, (The best repairs are those that you only repair once) This is the guy to see.Keep up the good work Andriy :)

Fantastic service. Andriy repaired my broken tripod, it would have cost $300+ for a new one of comparable quality. He clearly takes pride in what he does, and he does it very well.

Get my three cameras repaired there. Very nice person with talent in technology. He always care you and your camera:) He only charge what is necessary. For one camera, he even didn't charge a penny but he slove my camera memory slot problem, and I can still use my camera.
