I went into this store to order internet for my new home. Eddie gave me excellent customer service, including advising me how to proceed when I found the necessary wiring was no longer in the home. The excellent service continued when Josh, the technician, ran the wire and complete the installation efficiently and with good humor. Both men were personable and communicated well when explaining things and were responsive to all of my questions.

Eddie gave Great service and down to earth. Very helpful and honest. Unfortunately it seems like this retailer deals with a lot of stress because Comcast corporate or their 3rd party helpers assume this retailer has services that it doesn’t. It’s sales only not returns, equipment drop off etc... I saw that first hand going into the office for a walk in. Completely Satisfied.

12/6/2019~1400hrsI called the Oak Harbor Comcast/Xfinity Business and spoke with Eddie!! I was kind of confused as to what I needed to do to transfer the cable/wifi from my landlord to myself. However, Eddie was very clear and concise as to what needed to be done. I found my experience to informative, understandable and calming. This type of transaction always seems to be quite overwhelming for me, but Eddie helped to clarify and assure me that he will have my back!!! Great Service!!!

Eddie was pleasant, amenable. Gave me only what I asked for -- didn't try to up-sell me since I was so specific about what I wanted. Took maybe 30-45 minutes once I walked in the door. I appreciated the speed and the focus on giving me what I wanted and not trying to heavy hit extras

Eddie was really helpful to get me what I needed. Ran into some trouble when calling the support team, had to call about 3 times to actually hear and get someone helpful on the other line. No fault of Eddie’s, and throughout the whole frustrating episode he stayed calm and maintained the professionalism and in the end got me out of there in a decent time with everything that I needed.

We ventured in to our oak Harbor Comcast dealer today and found Eddie! He was able to help us upgrade our account and send us home with all the necessary equipment to be hooked up the same day! We didn’t realize we had a local option... but now that we know we will keep going back to find Eddie for any future help we need with our account! Thanks Eddie!

As a first time xfinity user, I was highly impressed by the service that Eddie provided. I walked in at 4pm in search of getting internet for my place and Eddie really helped through the process. I didn’t think I was going to to get access the same day but Ed stayed overtime just so he could up me and a couple of other people that were there as well . And with the number of people that called in frustrated and trying to argue on the phone, Ed handled it really well. Appreciate it Ed

Called the number for the Oak Harbor store and was pleasantly surprised to get right to a real local person and get my services transferred. The whole process only took about 5 minutes with Nick and they were able to get me a new deal. Highly recommend these guys.
