This location has the best staff. I have never had stale muffins or treats here. This location and the one on Rossland and Stephenson are owned by the same folks, it shows in their work. Great cup!

Friendly service, great coffee, and the thing I love about Coffee time is their patties! Be sure to check out this location if you're in the Bowmanville area. There's plenty of seating area as well.

Wasn't sure if it was open because I was trying to enter from the mall side , they are using great Co-Vid protocols and are only using their parking lot door , well done, great service , limited tables but very enjoyable.All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our local restaurants.

Coffee Time staff were using protocol by cleaning tables and chairs after a customer has left. Went today and they have started slacking off....I decided to sit in the mall and watch to make sure they cleaned tables...none of them were cleaned after everyone had left. We do appreciate that all restaurants have to do the extra mile to avoid covid" ...please "Coffee Time staff" do your diligent as we do not wish covid spread by not following protocols. Thank you for your cooperation and we go back to your "coffee house" to keep your business open as many restaurants have had to close due to covid."

Terrible customer service, the girl with short hair needs an attitude adjustment and customer service training. It all started with a greeting and a request for an item she responded like I was talking a foreign language with attitude, then puts my item in the microwave and touched everything else in between then touched my item without washing hands or changing gloves. Took two people to make a uber order while I just standed waiting while I was there first I walked out. No interest in returning

Their gift cards are not reliable. Was sent away empty handed today as I only had my reloadable gift card to make my purchase with however it wouldn't swipe for the cashier. It was implied that I had no money on the card and was sent away. I called the number on the back of the card. My balance is $25. I called the store to advise them. Now I gotta go back when the manager is in to discuss. Such a disappointing encounter with poor service.

Walk-in to see Jamie nose deep into her phone so I ask for 2 large double doubles like I have for the last 10 or more year almost everyday. While i wait I hear Um excuse me your forgetting someone (my mask) without saying a word I put my mask on issue solved. But wait someone has to express their opinion to me about why she can’t believe I had a mask in my pocket but wasn’t wearing it being extremely rude and personal not knowing my history. So I reply to her ok I put the mask on lets leave it at that but nope she wants to keep talking and talking about how she thinks she knows everything about policies. Every worker is very nice and know me and my kids pretty well being a long time customer and all. Never thought I’d do this to a long time place i liked but This lady clearly shouldn’t be dealing with the public.
