Tip Top (Tailors since 1909)

Very pathetic service by Cambridge center location. Declined to return the product without any reason. The product i got have long sleeves so really cant do anything. And shirt price is 80$.

I went into Tip Top with no real expectations or desires, but with the assistance of Lisa I left feeling perfectly splendid. Not only did she aid me in finding exactly what I needed, but we shared a few laughs on the way. It was super professional, great service, and there was no pressure. I highly recommend coming here for any suit needs.Thanks again Lisa for all the help!

Took 10 trips to the store to get 2 tailored suits for my groomsmen...

The staff service was quite helpful but, the color availability is limited to a few in certain sections.

There is many different options from classic to modern and quality of clothes is pretty good. They have a Holiday promotion now with 40-50% off. Prices are very reasonable

Very bad experience.I waited more than 15 mins. The staff were there but no one bothered to check on me if I need some assistance. I understand that you were going to close in 20 mins but you don't have to kick the customers out this way. I drove from Toronto and came as fast as I could because I wanted to buy a suit for work. Very disappointed..!! Will go somewhere else..!!

Was in the store checking out some dress shirts, all sales reps available were professional and attentive but one, I was looking at a shirt and had the wrong size and she grabbed the correct one and threw it at me. I wouldn’t want to have this kind of attitude representing my store. I will never be coming back to tip top tailors in Cambridge.

I had to buy a suit that could work for both prom and a wedding, and my dad needed a wedding suit too. They have a massive wardrobe to choose from, and the service from one of the employees, Jessica, was excellent! She helped my family and I pick out the perfect suit, add any fitting adjustments, and then ring us up! The suit was stylish, comfy, not too expensive and the discount for students was a nice bonus too. Would definitely shop here again!

My fiancé and I went out looking for suit colours we want for our summer 2023 wedding. Basically if we want grey dark or light. We saw one at tip top that we liked and the girl (clearly new because she would run away after every question we asked) said she will be back to measure him and she came back and said our wedding is too far away so there is no point. We understand colours and suits go in and out of season. But we just wanted an idea and maybe even buy it and get it tailored closer to. She made it clear weight can fluctuate which again we understand. There was so much resistance and another associate or manager who was more knowledgeable came over but did not tell us much different and the new girl stood by and was laughing when we were explaining our frustration. Cannot believe this customer service. We went out to get inspiration for our special day and I left almost in tears.Good thing stars is in the same mall and are so lovely to deal with.

After having a horrible experience with the rude ignorant staff at the Tip Top in Guelph, i came to the Cambridge location and was treated extremely well. Staff was helpful, friendly and were able to answer all my questions. Good selection of causal and formal dress-shirts as well. I will definitely be back!!
