Royal Taxi

I've got to say, over the last 25 years of my life dealing with various cab companies, Royal Taxi does deserve the imperial title. I mean, to work with them is very much similar to getting the royal purple carpet treatment, their cars are up to date and well maintained, dispatchers are wonderful, especially the one that works Monday and Friday's from 10am to about 5pm, the owners are ready, willing, and able to handle any customer/driver issues that may arise, husband maintains the vehicles in his garage and if he can't do the work, then and only then will he release" the car to someone else that can do the work

It's like the dispatcher has no clue where the driver's are, how many cars she has on shift or actually quite literally like she's never even stepped foot in lethbridge. Always says 15 mins and with no word of a lie I've called 25mins before my appointment time where I was told 15mins and they literally didn't show to pick me up until it was already 60 MINUTES PAST my appointment time! This isn't the first time this sort of things happened either! CALL A DIFFERENT CAB COMPANY!!!!

I like a royal taxi because the royal taxi used to be loyal and have great respect full driver in their and they are used to be a one of best taxi service in Lethbridge they has been serving the public for a long time right now public need to understand this how royal taxi gives best service us and support to public right now lots of taxi company in Lethbridge they fake people to collect more costumer to their company because of them royal taxi losing their lots of costomer now time for costumer need support royal taxi if Lethbridge public didn't support royal taxi then we may not seen royal taxi long in Lethbridge please royal taxi is best to all Lethbridge public we need to support them to keep running their service in Lethbridge if you all Lethbridge public need to see royal taxi then support them by calling regular service if you all agree with me please like and comment as royal taxi is best thanks

The operator kept telling me that the cab would be here shortly. Three hours later I just cancelled because it never came. Don’t use this Royal Taxi.

We always use this company and yesterday they provided another evidence how proffesional they are. I ordered a cab by time , the driver (Richard) arrived exactly on time and just did his job as good as usually. Thank you for the proffesional service.

Extremely unprofessional phone etiquette, caller simply said hello instead of stating the name of the business. The call dropped, then the can company called back and chastised me for not answering my phone. Can driver was very pushy and drove to my apartment complex even though I told him several times that I wanted to take another cab due to his rudeness.

Waited 3 hours and no one could tell me how long every time I called and asked they would hang up

Driver number 10 welcomed my group with a great attitude and took excellent care of us. Despite our disorganization she was extremely patient with us and made sure everyone made it home safe and sound.

I used this taxi service for months now 4 days a week..as i am to be picked up a midnight and nothing around they woyld be there..a time call is a time call and no excuses my personal safety is paramount..i am a older lady left outside on the west side but they dont care..so ladies do not use this service..they.treated me like ..hello i pay you..tired of talking to the employer..not helpful at allthey were doing me a ..just be careful people..no respect..were are all the responsible cabs in lethbridge..shame on youfovour

My. Wife had a doctor’s appointment this morning at 9:50a.m. I called Royal Taxi at 9:15 requesting a cab to take us to Campbell Clinic by 9:45. The dispatcher assured me that a cab woul arrive in 20 minutes. It didn’tt arrive so I had to cancel the appointment and book another time. I phoned the company to let them know the new time. He told me that we were to be picked up next. We waited. Until the next appointment time had arrived: still no cab. When I called the dispatcher to inform of the lost second appointment, he suggested he was having difficulties with the drivers. That may be but it should not take 1 1/2 hours to get a cab within Lethbridge.
