Had an amazing experience with marissa and Patrick. Patrick appeared to be genuinely interested in helping me pick out the best ring for my needs. And marissa went above and beyond to ensure I had a ring in time for my photo shoot. She was incredibly thoughtful, empathetic and the only reason I decided to buy a ring on the spot was due to her amazing customer service skills and willingness to help her clients. Highly recommend this place and will be coming back again!

I only went to resize my watch. However, just in those 15 minutes I was treated amazing. Ben was very nice and professional. He did everything for me, explaining how my watch works and what to do in all situations. My 15 minutes here were awesome and will definitely recommend for anyone going. Came out with a smile! We visited Yangs recently to have our wedding rings resized. Just picked them up and we are extremely happy with the results. Customer service is excellent and we would highly recommend.

I had a lot of special jewelry from family members that had passed away. I had been thinking of creating some matching pieces for my daughter and I using the jewelry I had. I was nervous because there were a lot of pieces and they were very sentimental. I shopped around and decided based on recommendations, as well as some previous experiences, to get some custom pieces made, with Yang's Jewellery. I spent a lot of time with Ben looking at my pieces, discussing ideas, and eventually coming up with the final idea of two matching gold bands and pendants. Ben was so kind and gentle through the entire process. He acknowledged how sentimental these pieces were and really took the time to understand my vision. He took my ideas, and worked with his Jeweler, and created the absolute most perfect pieces!!!!! I am SO thrilled and cannot express how thankful I am. Every single step of the journey was easy and there was absolutely no pressure. The price was also very reasonable considering the work that went into this. The pieces are beautiful, they captured my vision, and kept very special pieces from family members together. Thank you Ben and Yang's Jewellery! Highly highly recommend!!!!!!!
