Always busy. If you do not want to wait you can go on line an set an account . If you have an account than able to drop your load with the account. Your money will be deposit when the load is counted.

This is a dishonest place to take your returns. They classify pop cans as beer cans so they don't have to pay the full deposit of 10 cents to you on the Express Depot when you drop them off. So we are saying don't use the express here, wait in line for them to count them that way you will get full deposit or if you want full value go to the one at Lougheed Bottle Deport.

I love this place, they do the counting for you. If you prefer to count your own bottles and wait less time, I would recommend going somewhere else. Been coming here for years, and never been disappointed.

I had two bigs bags worth 20$, and when i got the cash, it was only for 15$ . Like we know, you skim from the top, but this is unbelievable

Thieves ripping people off at this place. I dropped off a large bag of bottles at the Express and never saw the money. When I went back to ask about it, the owners pretended they didn't speak English.

My go to place for returning bottles. You don’t need to sort the bottles they will do the sorting and counting! Returning Xpress is also available and very convenient to use!

I've been going here for years, and have no complaints. Maybe they skim a little off the top, but for the fact that they sort and count it, and deal with the smell, etc, etc. I'd say they deserve it.Whether they do or dont, I'm not going to stop going. They are efficient, friendly, and local. 5 stars!

It closes later than some of the other bottle depots in the area, and it has a team of bottle counters who count your bottles in a very quick time. Also, the owner has never turned me away even if I arrive 15 before closing... I've had other places that would. However, everytime I go there's an older white guy who works there and he is ALWAYS rude to me... because of his rude behaviour I'm now going elsewhere to deposit my bottles. Management should reconsider having him on their team because it's hurting business and turning customers away. I gave this place 2 stars because of the otherwise kind and hard working staff, but this specific employee needs to be reprimanded.

Pros: they sort the Cans for you. Fast depending who is there.Cons: they take 25% to 30% they will give you 7.5 cents a can sometime less. It should be 10 cents. So if you have 400 cans it it worth $10 to save 10 mins of your time. Up to you.Parking lot is small and tight and busy. I have even seen people argue over how close they park. The lines are tight leaving little room to open your door and not enough room to turn in the lot. People often double park here too. Likely you will have to exit blue mountain especially in a truck. Also most people take a truck to the bottle depot

I work there and if there is a discrepancy in the count I apologize, we work very hard each day, and sometimes we may miss something, but we do not intend to rip you off. While many customers are very polite and bring clean recyclables that are easy to count, others however prefer not to sort their recyclables from their garbage before they visit the store and not that we are intentionally lax in our duties, we may be recovering from a gas attack and our senses may be temporarily in turmoil, so please if you have a concern over our service, please feel free to bring your concern to us and we will do our best to resolve the issue in your favour.
