You will interact with professional and knowledgeable personnel. The clinic is equipped well, and they can do lab. tests and radiography and prepare the results very fast.An all-in-one clinic for your dear furry friend.They have saved my dogs, Hachiko and Belfi, and I am truly happy and satisfied with their work.

My dog had a fever and they suggested I bring him in after I called and told them his symptoms. They immediately helped and told us what needed to be done. Doctor AK was very gentle with my dog Rico and was thorough with his explanations about his fever. Paru, one of the receptionists, also was very helpful and kind. When they kept him overnight, I wasn’t worried and felt like Rico was safe there. They sent us home with some medications that have been helping and I’m thankful that they were able to help Rico heal and get back to his normal self!

Love this clinic! They operate like a regular vet clinic from 5 pm to midnight. Then after midnight they charge the extra emergency fee. I have been 3 times. Two times for emergency overnight care and once for a non acute ear problem. I find them reasonably priced, very open about charges and what is a “must” be done and what is less important. They always send my regular vet a note. So happy to know they are open 24 hours on STATS and overnight all other times as when does a pet ever get sick during regular hours?! Thank you Mainland!

We had to take our dog in for a complication post neutering (from a different clinic). The doctors were quick to see him, clear about options, and transparent about pricing. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We were in and out in two hours. Very happy with the care we received.

Very helpful caring staff when i bought my cat late at night, they took good care, explained me everything showed me and kept me updated on the diagnostics and interventions. They are also responsive and so helpful by phone after if i had questions or issues. Dr Triman was kind and helped educate me on caring for my cat at home too

For any vet emergency, you’re better off going directly to the new Boundary Bay Vet Specialty Hospital 10min drive away than coming here, as this place is basically a small vet clinic that opens odd hours yet charges “emergency” fee for opening during the odd hours. It doesn’t do anything beyond what a small vet clinic can/would do. Boundary Bay is simply much more well equipped for any emergency settings and far more reasonably priced with much better expertises.

They save my dog’s life! My dog was attacked by an unleashed dog and almost died. All the doctors and technicians are super professional and attentive. Highly recommend if you need an emergency vet for your fur baby.

I’ve been to this after hours vet hospital several times and I’ve always had excellent and professional care for my dog. The office is clean. The staff are courteous and helpful and the doctors are competent and caring. The price is very reasonable. I’m so happy to have such a great place to go to when my vet is not available. Thank you.
