Jaime is absolutely fantastic and I can't recommended her services enough! She is an amazing massage therapist, has great availability, and is very friendly. She seems to know exactly how to help you with any aches or pains!

I absolutely recommend Sacral Health for all your massages. Jamie is an awesome massage therapist and she just knew what I needed the most. She is very knowledgeable and talented. I can't say enough good things about all of the people at Sacral Health. I have recently started seeing Taylor for Acupuncture. She is a life saver. I has a bad headache and pain in my neck that nothing was taking away. I had gone to Chiro a few days prior and was still in pain. After an hour with Taylor I felt like a whole new person again. I can not recommend her enough. She is so gentle and really talented at what she does.

Love love this place! The owners are incredibly kind, accommodating, and good natured. The reason I ended up getting a massage here was because it is just a 5 min walk! Convenience was a bonus. I was pleasantly surprised how relaxed and how great my body felt after. The hot towels, heated beds, and aromas make it a spa like experience. I even went when I was pregnant and I felt very safe and in good hands. They have a belly pillow (a hole for the belly) so I could be on my “stomach” which was a nice change! I’ve only seen Jamie and Danny but will venture out to the other practitioner eventually.

Just finished my second treatment with Jaime and I cannot rave enough about her and the vibes in the studio!Mindful and effective she has already helped release a tonne of tension and anxious energy I've been carrying around. My body feels on the path to balance and I am looking forward to upcoming bookings with her and the others at Sacral Health!

I’ve recently started seeing Tayler for acupuncture. She is AMAZING!!! The most gentle and so knowledgeable! She has helped me so much with some major issues with my skin and overall well being. I’ve been seeing Jaime for over 7 years…she has been integral in maintaining my hairstylist’s body. I’m so very happy with the practitioners that she invites into Sacral Health. It’s so great to know that there is a team of talented people to help me with many things. I love you all!! My people. ❤️

Had a few massages with Jaime, can't recommend her enough! She is the definition of comprehensive and really knows her anatomy. Personally I came in with pain/soreness that had been bothering me for years and she was the only practitioner I've been to that actually got to the bottom of it and explained everything to me. Added bonus, she is also a wonderful person and really makes you feel at ease. Plus they do direct billing! 5/5

I found this wellness spot when they first opened a few years ago. When you first go in you can feel the difference between the energy outside the clinic and in. If I could put the feelings into words I'd call it a sigh of settling into something good. It's calm, comforting and authentic. It is not over ambitious or feigned. It is comfortable.I am continually surprised with all of the services they have added. The owners seem to be pretty discerning people when it comes to who works for their business. I appreciate how each professional always seem to have such a command over their specialty.They often have workshops that often center around birth and birthing people. Though, I have noted there has been workshops or events for all kinds of people. I have attended some for women. My experiences have always been pleasant.I tend to book for massages with Jaime. To be honest, after 90 minutes with her I always wish I had booked for a two hour session instead. She is warm, kind, funny, interesting and knowledgeable. She seems to have an ability to know where to focus. She attacks the root of the issue. She will also refer other professionals if it is outside her scope. I really appreciate that. I am a chatty person by nature. Jaime is such an engaging person to talk with. She is absolutely able to keep up with me and my 1000 mile a minute brain and mouth. Even though she knows this about me, she can sense when I need a break in chatter or some peace. She uses oils in her practice. Specific oils for specific issues. It's really neat how they seem to help. I am more than happy to max out my massage benefits here every year. My last appointment, she has convinced me to try their acupuncturist to help with a problematic arm. If that treatment is anywhere as near to the quality of Jaimes treatment I will happily max out those acupuncture benefits too.They also direct bill benefits. Which is the best, who needs more paperwork to keep up with?I love going here. You probably will too.
