My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed Laura & Robyn's multi-week prenatal course! As first time parents who had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, we went into labour and delivery much more confident and knowledgeable. We appreciated hearing their experiences as mothers, the interactive class components, online community of support, as well as learning more about all the possible interventions if things didn't go as planned. We highly recommend for anyone seeking a midwifery-led birth!

My husband and I took the BirthWorx class virtually during covid last year! We found the info provided was both informative and practical. BirthWorx helped us connect with other new parents which was invaluable after our babies arrived. A group of us met often and were a great source of support in the early days of parenthood. We have recommended BirthWorx to many friends and will continue to do so.

My husband and I were SO helped by our classes with Robyn and Laura. They affirmed us in what we already knew and prepared us with new information that we weren't aware of as first-time parents. We both felt like it was incredibly useful and in-depth....after each class we'd talk over everything we'd learned to make sure we were on the same page. During our birth and post-partum, I felt like my husband really understood what I was going through and could support me. I was able to have a natural birth without fear, which was very empowering for me. I could not recommend them enough!!

My husband and I are so happy that we took the birth class (due to time restrictions we took the intensive) with BirthWorx as well as the breastfeeding class. Robyn and Laura are both great midwives and their knowledge about everything pregnancy, birth and baby related is endless. On top of that they are also just great people that we felt very comfortable with. They were patiently answering all of our thousands of questions. We felt so much more prepared after taking their courses and highly recommend taking their classes no matter if you are with midwives or not.

As a first time Dad, I cannot say enough good things about Laura and Robyn. In my opinion, birthworx is the place to go for your prenatal classes. Being midwives by day, and night, Laura and Robyn bring an increased level of skill and knowledge that you won't find anywhere else. Their care and attention to everyone in the class will make you feel valued and important. You will truly walk away with a much better sense of peace about your upcoming birth. I highly recommend them to everyone. They are amazing!

My husband and I attended the 7-week comprehensive workshop and couldn’t have asked for anything better to prepare us for the later stages of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Robyn and Laura created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere while providing evidence-based information, and answering any/all questions. As first time parents, we were overwhelmed with the amount of information out there, but left the course feeling confident. We would highly recommend!

My husband and I attended two Birthworx classes - the prenatal intensive and the breastfeeding class - and both were so good! We went from knowing absolutely nothing about what to expect for labour and delivery, to feeling really confident and empowered! Laura and Robyn are absolutely amazing! They have so much experience and are incredibly good at communicating. You can tell that they love what they do - and with just coming back from maternity leave they know what it feels like to go through the whole experience themselves. I would absolutely recommend investing in these classes whether or not you have a midwife.Our birth story had some complications and definitely went differently than we had initially expected but because of the education and information we had received, we were still able to make confident and informed decisions and have the birth experience that we wanted. I am so thankful we had that!! Thank you Robyn and Laura for always supporting us and helping us above and beyond our expectations!

I had Robyn and Laura as midwives for my second child and was very happy with the whole process. I ended up having an unplanned home birth and Laura was able to make it with very little time and stayed calm and professional through the whole labour. She was able to make a somewhat scary situation feel ok and we felt very safe in her care. I have no doubt Robyn and Laura's experience and passion for helping families will make BirthWorx a success and a valuable resource for new and experienced families.

My husband and I scheduled a private in-home class with Laura. We were extremely happy with the booking availability, as well as the content and delivery of the course as a whole. We ended the class feeling well prepared, and with even more knowledge than we expected to take away. 100% would recommend!

Laura and Robyn are amazing and their class helped us sooo much! As first time parents, we didn't know what to expect but we felt very prepared for the big day! Even though classes were done online, the material was presented in a clear format and at a good pace. We eased into the realities of giving birth, what to expect and just how partners could support the mom. We are so thankful because all the cheat sheets and tips helped us so much and we felt much more confident and empowered going into it all. We would recommend them to everyone we know!
